Ordered a $11 chipotle bowl and got what looked like a $3 sample. It’s crazy how these workers skimp portions on customers when they are discounted themselves and can fill their own entree to be as big as possible. Worst chipotle outlet in Ann Arbor. Go to potbelly next doors if you want something filling and that doesn’t feel like a scam

I genuinely have never experienced a restaurant of any kind that is so poorly managed. Every time I have been to this chipotle, the food is either inedible or the order is completely messed up. Not to mention the trash cans are always overflowing and the ice/drink machine is consistently broken. I’ve including pictures of my most recent pickup order which sums up the standards of this restaurant.

SOUR CREAM OUTSIDE THE BOWL! I consider myself a connoisseur of Chipotle establishments. As a frequent guest of Chipotle cuisine and restaurant experiences, I know a thing or two about the way things work. I know my way around the buffet. I know my way around the beans. Unfortunately, my experience at this particular location was less than slay. I get the same order every time: brown rice, black beans, chicken, pico, sour cream, cheese, and lettuce, in that order. I know because I have memorized every step of this heavenly process. I have my chipotle order hung up and framed on the wall of my kitchen so that I may always be reminded of the promised land. But, back to the story. I approach the buffet after a long wait. I am un-greeted by a gentleman who spoke no words. He did not begin the special tango all Chipotle crew-members engage in with us guests. What kind of rice? What kind of bean? What protein would you like? None of those magical words were uttered. But nevertheless, I persisted. I spoke aloud my dream concoction of ingredients, leading us through this dance. But once we got to the sour cream section, the crew-member dunked his spoon into it haphazardly, spilled sour cream all over his gloves, his arm, the counter, my bowl. He then placed the lid on my bowl, covering the entirety of the outside of the bowl in sweet sweet sour cream. Now, I love the stuff. But I prefer my sour cream to be consumed along with the contents of the inside of the bowl. Not the outside, that silly goose. All that being said, I paid for my meal, ate the whole thing, and started going to the Briarwood Mall Chipotle instead. I love you, goodbye. (EDIT: NOT STATE STREET I MEANT STADIUM I AM NEW HERE)

I don’t think I’ve ever had a service experience this bad anywhere. They had one person managing the entire line (at like 1:00, not an empty time). I wait for 15-20 minutes and become the 3rd person in line. Then, they announce the entire line is closing so they can fill a catering order. So we all have to leave.
If you do not punish restaurants for giving you bad service then there is no incentive for them to improve. For that reason, I’m never going to any Chipotle ever again, as brutal as that sounds. This is the worst time, but not the first time.

I ordered a quesadilla for my mom and they literally just threw together a tortilla, unmelted cheese, and three pieces of chicken. I frequent this location a lot and I understand that they’re busy, but this is unacceptable—I’m appalled at how someone could put this together and think it’s acceptable to serve a paying customer.

This is not only the worst chipotle I have ever been to but it is also the most consistently bad restaurant I have ever been to in my life. Every time I come back here, I convince myself that it’s possible for it to not be trash but I am always let down. It is practically a policy at this chipotle to underserve you. They will half scoop protein even when there’s no one else there. Don’t even think about doing an online order or they won’t even add enough food to cover the bottom of the bowl. You have to ask for extra on everything just to get a normal portion and they get pissy when you do that. Go literally anywhere else in Ann Arbor

Firstly, I want to say the food IN MY OPINION be good. I never had a bad experience with my food here however the service is actually very terrible. They do not give you the right portion size at all. They give you VERY little. I swear one time I asked the Asian guy to give me more steak please and he added TWO pieces of steak onto the spoon and put it in my bowl. Then what kills me is they have the nerve to catch an attitude when you ask them nicely to do their job. They also need to do a better job with the cleaning of the place. When you get your food the station be dirty… Also another big issue is they RUN OUT of items way before they even close. Like today, they ran out of 3 or 4 different kinds of meat and it was only 7:00… Mind you, they close at 11. That is absolutely ridiculous. They need to find a better way to run their establishment because this isnt it.

Food is good. Service however, is the WORST I have ever encountered at a chipotle in my life. Portion sizes are awful, you don’t get nearly the right amount of food for the price, and if you go up to ask them about the portions, the workers will look at you like a lost dog… I do not recommend going to this location, there are plenty of other chipotles in the area that are very well maintained, with good staff.

Employee was so rude!!! I came in to pick up my food, she says it’s not ready I say it says it’s ready on the app sometimes they don’t hear my name right if she can check, was met with an attitude and she tells me I can wait… come to find out my food was ready the entire time and instead of apologizing for her error says she couldn’t hear which is exactly what I tried to explain to her in the first place. Chips were also so stale, truly an annoyance.

I love a chipotle. This one is horrible. The service is bad, they don’t give you the right size portions (my bowl here was half the size of a regular chipotle bowl). The quality isn’t as good as other locations. Such a disappointment. The staff are rude. At one point I walked in for food and they had run out of all their meat. How do you run out of meat at a chipotle restaurant?! Also not sanitary here.
