I ordered a burrito bowl this evening on 11/24/25. I ordered the carne asada steak which is about 15.00. When I got my food home I had two small little strips of steak and no queso at all which I paid extra for. I tried calling but god knows we can’t an actual person to talk to and the automated message sucks. Also tried online and that did nothing either. Seriously irritated and disappointed. I will never ever eat at this or any chipotle establishment ever again bc this isn’t customer service or good quality. See photos for absolutely awful food service- NOT WORTH THE COST AT ALL!!!!

Do not go to this restaurant. I had to throw the food away.
I went in to buy dinner and ordered one item: three tacos. I was given three tacos total but charged for three separate orders, which came out to $26 and plus 8.25 for guacamole.
As shown in the photos, the food looks disgusting and was not edible.
I highly recommend avoiding this Chipotle. Very disappointing overall, and they can do much better.

This Chipotle at the Stadium is one of the most disappointing locations I’ve ever been to. Every time I come in, they’re out of something—whether it’s chicken, steak, rice, or even basic toppings. It’s ridiculous for a place that’s supposed to be known for fresh food. The service is just as bad—employees move slow, act like they don’t care, and the line is always backed up even when the place isn’t busy. Management clearly doesn’t have it together. If you’re craving Chipotle, do yourself a favor and go to literally any other location.

Awful. Hair in our queso. Uncooked rice. Chicken when we ordered barbacoa. We ordered 4 meals, and each one had at least 1 thing wrong with it. I hate to use the power of my pen this way, but I can’t let this one pass.
On top of that, our server never talked to us, & just left our food on his side of the counter & then started with the next order, so I had to come all the way over to the employee side to grab our food.
It might sound like I’m attacking Chipotle… no. I’m just protecting the people.

I ordered catering from Chipotle Mexican Grill at 2295 W Stadium Blvd, Ann Arbor and was very disappointed. The tortillas they gave us were expired, which is unacceptable. We only noticed because they came in the original packaging with the date printed on it — customers dining in would never know. This raises serious concerns about their food safety and quality control.

Dude, Robert and Brayden are the best workers here ever. The moment I walked into the store, they greeted me with big smiles and asked about my day. They kissed my shoes and gave me the best food, feeding me bite by bite. Afterwards, they gently wiped the corners of my mouth with the store’s soft napkins. This is the best service I’ve ever experienced. The manager really should give them a raise. It’s rare to see young people work this hard these days. On my way out when I was leaving, I was handed the keys to a brand new Lamborghini Diablo and told it was “on the house”. These guys are some really good people. Not to mention the time Brayden saved me from a house fire and Robert ran inside to save my dog.

I visited this Chipotle around 7 PM, and the experience was honestly awful from start to finish. They were completely out of beans, fajita peppers, and even ice, which already limited what we could order.
Both of us got burritos, and the portions were embarrassingly small. The amount of rice given was maybe a few spoonfuls, and when we politely asked for an extra scoop, they said it would cost extra — something I’ve never been charged for at any other Chipotle. The steak portion was even worse. We asked (and paid) for double steak, but the server gave what looked like a single scoop at best, and we actually watched them take pieces out of the spoon before putting it on the burrito. It genuinely felt like they were rationing food out of their own paycheck.
When it came to toppings, we asked for just a little sour cream and got way more than we did rice — completely drowning the burrito. To make things worse, the worker couldn’t even roll the burrito properly, even though it was a normal size.
Overall, this was one of the worst Chipotle experiences I’ve ever had. Between missing ingredients, tiny portions, and careless service, it felt like no one there cared about the quality or the customer. Definitely not worth the price.

I did a drive thru order tonight and it was one of the worst chipotle experiences I’ve had. First we pulled up to the window at the time it should’ve been ready. It wasn’t so we waited another 10 minutes for them to prepare it. Then when we got home, instead of 3 tacos in normal taco shells, they ripped up a burrito shell to make 3 tacos.
Then in the kids meal, they put barely enough chicken, rice, and cheese for a single taco and again ripped up a larger burrito tortilla for what was supposed to be 2 tacos. Lastly the gaucemole side was half empty. It truly feels like we were pranked because none of it looks like what we usually order when we go into the location.
Stay away from this chipotle or go in so you can see what they are making because in the drive thru apparently anything goes.

Wow, I was shocked. I’ve never been to a Chipotle that was this bad. At 5 pm on Thursday I ordered a steak bowl and they’re out of green peppers and onions, tomato salsa, and scrapping the bottom of the canister for bits of cheese. Not very appetizing. The portion was the smallest I’ve ever seen. As I’m walking out, thinking about grabbing napkins, of course four of the canisters were completely empty, they didn’t replenish them either and that area was not clean. Whoever owns this needs a wake up call!

Take out order online in Chipotle app. When got home saw the combo order missed one of the meats and was half portion. None of the sauces were there. I had waited additional 15 minutes in store beyond pick up time without rushing them. still mistakes in the order.
