The young lady this Sunday 2-22-26 early afternoon she answered my questions let me taste the white rice which I chose the brown rice instead. I forgot her name but she normally works at other locations. The food is Delicious . It’s almost gone sorry for late picture of finish delicious food. Excellent service kudos to everyone. I’m the Auntie that was there today not the post of picture she’s my niece. Keep up Excellent work. Thank you Chipotle Southfield.

I’m not sure… maybe it was because time of day… but they barely had any options. Most of the containers were empty. Then I was charged double for a tiny ladle of cheese, the guac was mostly brown, and the i paid extra for a sauce that tasted horrible. I saw a lot on Instagram that made me want to try it because I Isiah go to qdoba. I was terribly disappointed. And it was filthy. The food station look like the result of a food fight. I paid nearly 40 dollars and I should’ve just turned around and walked out. We won’t be back. Check out the chips. They cost 2 dollars… smh ♀️ ♀️ ♀️

Poor customer service and disrespectful staff. Was given attitude from staff when presenting an active rewards coupon that had not been used and was not expired because of some sort of system failure on their end. This was combined with the fact that staff had no desire to attempt to fix the problem or attempt to make things right. After this treatment, I refused to pay and walked away from the interaction since it simply was not worth eating at this location if I as a customer was going to be treated that way. Absolutely unacceptable.

I stopped at the Evergreen Chipotle location in Southfield because I wanted to grab lunch for me and my daughter. It was her birthday and we had not had it in a while. I arrived after 1pm and there were only 2 guests in line. There was 1 guy taking orders, making orders and cashing out customers. What shocked me was that in spite of the fact that the work counter was filthy and covered with dropped food from what I assume came from his filling prior orders, he kept preparing each customers food right on top of the mess. I was disgusted and it probably showed on my face. I intended to speak up when he got to me, but before serving me, he took a minute and attempted to clean the counter with a semi wet rag..It was not clean but better. He was very nice and provided fast service; however, when looking at all areas of the restaurant, including where another worker was prepping meat, the filth made me cringe. The lobby tables and other areas were also dirty. I will not be returning. This location was once prestine, but not anymore. I suppose that from management down, this location is now just poorly run. Nice enough people, but it is unacceptable for them to serve customers food in such filthy conditions. A solution would be to hire or assign someone to keep things clean throughout the day and during rush hours. Something so simple would make a world of difference to the customers.

Kira (spellcheck) was amazing. She took her time preparing each customer’s order, consistently sanitized the counters, washed her hands, and changed gloves between customers. She also informed the appropriate staff when items were running low. On top of that, she was very pleasant and professional throughout.

God : Chicken + Steak burrito w/ tomatoes, brown rice and hot sauce was ( God ) amazing! Place is immaculate as well as beautifully ( God ) located in a Southfield hotspot. Staff was very nice. Was an excellent visit. – God

I never have a good experience here. My food has been cross contaminated and messed up for the last time. I won’t be back. The last time — it made my daughter sick and I got someone else’s order alltogether. The attitudes of the employees is even worse sometimes you want to just lose it on them. It’s always a mess with food and chips all over the floor. Shut this place down! Take a look at the pics. Would you eat this mess? Keep in mind — it was someone else’s order and from the ticket they didn’t even get what they asked for and looks like the entire tub of sour cream. Then they have the nerve to solicit for a tip. Also — I went in and they didn’t even have change to give me proper change back. Why is this legal?

Was very busy but that didn’t put a damper on anything because the food was fresh hot and delicious. They bought out fresh ingredients as I was standing there waiting. My turn. Veggies beans lettuce rice all of it. Go Chipotle.

First time at this location and I promise I won’t be back, went there for my sister who was just discharged from the hospital. But of course just like all the other locations, they’re so quick to announce what they’re out of, the thing that baffles me is WHY? When you also announced you’re open an extra hour now, anyway there was a wait on white rice, no shredded cheese or vegetables.. smh and whoever the manager is needs retraining, I even ask the server, “ maybe take a second and clean up a bit while there’s was 3 of us waiting on rice, but noooo he said he’ll just take the person behind me. Just ridiculous.. please do better.

This place needs new management- everytime I go here its always something. Last time they didn’t have chips at all, this time, they were only accepting online orders because they were “short staffed ” eventhough there were 6 people standing around and only 1 girl making the orders in the back. Once I got home, I opened up my order with legit 6 pieces of lettuce on it. I also asked for the corn salsa and there was like 8 kernels in the entire bowl. Pictures attached. Last time I will be visiting this store.
