Location was messy. Lettuce, cups, filthy counters everywhere. Bowl had about three pieces of steak and a bag- full of rice. Food was mediocre.

I’ve ordered several times and its never consistent. Whenever I order a burrito it’s either filled to the max or it has one scoop of rice, same with the bowls.

DONT BE AFRAID TO ASK FOR MORE VEGGIES…. I had to ASK for fresh steak and beans at 11:50 (lunch). Most items were very low/old/dry but I waited 10 minutes for fresh food and after directing staff on more rice, more corn and more cheese the bowl was amazing. I love the new Carne Asada steak. Always great if you stand up for yourself.

The food (taste/quality) is ok however the portion size was pathetic (almost laughable). The server literally stretched a small spoonful of rice across the bowl to give the appearance of a larger portion. Same performance with the beans. He had no issues piling on the lettuce though!!! Seriously folks, rice and beans are still very inexpensive, so you really should do better for the price of this stuff. Overall, I’m not impressed with Chipotle and probably should have gone to Culver’s.

I’ve had no issues with this location for my Chipotle addiction. I eat here avidly and I understand the difference in quality Chipotle serves as a brand oppose to Qdoba.

I just left here, thoroughly disappointed.
First I’ll say the place was clean, full of staff and updated. Great.
I wanted to try chipotle to see what the difference is between qdoba and it was NOTICEABLY different. First of all, the chicken at qdoba comes in CHUNKS of chicken! This place cuts the chicken down to smallest possible peace’s looks like dog food. Then I noticed they don’t offer shrimp, this is minor but something I noticed but what really made me upset is when I got chips and queso. You wouldn’t believe the small dipping container they gave me with my chips! If you’ve been to qdoba you know the big container they give you queso. And the queso is clearly not quality by the bland color! This is NOT worth the same money as qdoba or even slightly more. I wouldn’t recommend you waste your time.

Wanted a simple burrito. Got a big gob of garbage. No bowl, no knife. I did find a plastic fork. Counter by the window was filthy. $12 . Dine in. Will not return.

Ordered two quesidillas and a burrito. Opened the quesidilla to find a baby fly crawling out of it. Threw the entire order away. Customer service was a joke. They first tried to only offer a “entre” reward in the app and when I said I didn’t want anything from there due to them probably having fly eggs in their food, then they only offered a partial refund of $20, which i have to wait 5 to 10 working days to even get and basically screwing me on my other $15. Never again

Was expecting a meaty burrito as it was steak and beef but it was all rice. Disappointed. Yet the bowl barely had any rice. Very shocked. Way overpriced for a rice burrito. They did a good job on the building but that’s about all I can say. So disappointed

What an amazing addition to the local area! Everything is very nicely appointed and classy. The food was amazing, and I enjoyed it way better than Qdoba. The staff was very friendly and one of the managers named Chris made sure everything was to our liking and welcomed us like family! Not your average fast food restaurant.
