So I don’t make reviews unless somethings really bad or really good.
So this one is bad
I pulled up and the workers were dancing and laughing around. Which is fine I get having fun in a workplace sometimes. So I expected to get served quick when I walked in. I waited 7 minutes for them to realize I was there. Which is fine whatever.
But then the guy that was serving gave half a spoon of everything because chicken, pico de gallo, beans, sour cream were all almost empty. And by the time the 7 minutes of me waiting were up, there were 5-6 people in line behind me. So after I got my food, I had 1/2 my bowl filled. I had gotten rice, chicken, fajita veggies, black beans, lettuce, pico, and shredded cheese. My husband behind me got skimped out and we’re still hungry and we just paid $22. Then, there was trash all over all the tables, no napkins left, AND the trash was completely full.
Worst experience ever.

They will give you very frustratingly small portions if you order online or through DoorDash/uber eats. I only had rice on half of my bowl, 5 pieces of meat and maybe a half scoop of everything I ordered.

630 pm on a Saturday. Never been to this location, but only went because OutBack was too busy for one person to eat out.
Went in with the idea to have a steak bowl with all the fixins, and right before I could order; the chicken and steak just ran out and would be more than 5 minutes wait for both so I was only able to receive a carne asada bowl with then to come find out that everything was nearly empty on the veggie line. Skimpy rice & beans, skimpy cheese that was dry. I got all the pico though! Sheesh. I had to ask for more of anything which causes the price to go up- Sour cream was barely sour cream anymore.
There was absolutely no lettuce left. I almost canceled my order at this point, but asked for maybe spinach or something, and I received that instead. I ended up Dr.ing it up at home…
All in all, I left a 5 dollar tip on a $24 dollar order…. Safe to say that 5 bucks is all this location will ever see from me.
I love chipotle. But this was just unnecessary and I should have just went to Taco Bell instead.
Great customer service for the most part. Cleanliness is not so great. A simple wipe, or a careful scoop into the bowl/ tortilla could easily make this location have a better outlook on their veggie line. Just saying.

$10 for a half full bowl of lettuce, a tablespoon of chicken and cheese is ridiculous. Their food is great, but they are notorious for forgetting ordered items and skimping on orders. People work too hard for their money to waste it on this.

This will be the last time we try this location. Every time and I mean Every time we go here they are out of something. Corporate needs to be aware of how this spot is being ran. Small portions, rude staff and a crappy experience yet again. If your going to make people wait cause your out of rice, chicken, veggies then you should also let them know that your portion will also be cut in half to make it through the night. Very dissatisfied because now I have to eat my bowl cold at another location across town so my husband can get a burrito. Corporate will be contacted soon

I was very excited to try a new location hoping for fresher food and a cleaner area where the food is. Just like the other two Bloomington locations this was a disappointment!!! Good area was dirty. Food has been sitting for hours no one takes the time to simply wipe down the counters and around the food. Brown rice mixed with white rice, beans stuck on the counter, tomatoes in the sour cream! It’s a let down and I’m very dissatisfied. The guy tried serving me old dry rice scraping the bottom I had to ask for fresh rice. I don’t get why spend the $$ to open and not try your best to keep it sanitary. The to go area was clean.

I got robbed by Chipotle in Chipotle. Nearly $30.00 and two bowls later, I can officially say we will never eat here again. Both our bowls had rice, one scoop of chicken, guacamole, queso, lettuce, pico, and sour cream. Why in the world would someone ever pay $15.00 per person to eat this dog food? Save yourself the money and go to Taco Bell.

Absolutely nightmare logistically. They are ALWAYS out of something if not half the menu options. The spaces aren’t clean either with the counter where they make the food being filthy most times. They always have super slow service, skimp out on portions, and random employees just standing around while there’s a long line in the store. Just not worth a single penny.

First time trying to eat this location! NEVER AGAIN!!! My boyfriend went to place my order there came back and as I’m eating, I noticed something in my food! I pulled it from the bottom of container and it’s PLASTIC LITERALLY PLASTIC IN MY FOOD! I’m so disgusted ain’t no telling how much I’ve ate of it! Totally unsafe and unsanitary!!! Then I call up there person who answered the phone was rude and acted as if he didn’t care! I believe his name is Logan he offered new bowl but what about my money back, that spent on something I couldn’t eat! Ughhh I’m angry it was getting good until I saw that!
