Ordered online and picked up a chicken bowl. My chicken was raw. Not undercooked…RAW. Manager made little to no effort to remedy the issue. Q’doba is where my money goes now.

Good food, efficient service, and generally clean and modern interior. Can’t ask for much more than that. Parking can be difficult due to how awkwardly arranged the parking lot is situated. Indoors and patio seating. Sometimes tables aren’t cleaned, but just wipe that food onto the floor and you’re golden.

Tables were dirty and then when wiped off the employee just wiped the chunks onto the chairs.
While we were there another employee wiped every table without spraying them with the same dirty rag!

I’ve been in here 4 times in the past month and every single time I wait in line for 15 minutes, which isn’t an issue because the line moves relatively fast. The problem is, no one starts cooking refills for fried vegetables or meat until every last bit is gone. I have to step to the side and wait through the line AGAIN, just to receive the food and thats if I’m lucky and it’s not gone again. There is absolutely no foresight. Its hard to say if this is intentional due to the company direction or poor management but it’s a horribly frustrating experience for the consumer. I wouldn’t normally post but I have this issue Every. Single. Time.

paid $12 for this. ordered pickup. i hadn’t opened it until i got home, so i brought it back and told them, respectfully, this is just unacceptable. the manager tells me “yeah, you only got meat and cheese. that’s the serving size.” (which is such a joke for the price) “i’ll refund you if you want.” asks for my meal and throws it in the trash. i said, “so.. you’re just going to throw it away?” he said “yeah, i’m refunding you” ridiculous customer service and absolutely ridiculous pricing! highly do not recommend this location or getting tacos at chipotle at all if this really is the serving size for $12, such a joke.

Went there for the first time. Like the set up, like a Mexican subway. Got a bowl and went down the line quick style. Was super quick. Was lunch so felt rushed for my first time bit what i ended up with was really good and cost me less then ten bucks. Filled me up with plenty left over for later. Very satisfying.
Liked the look of the building also. The wood rafters gave it a nice feel. The building was well kept and clean. I will definitely be going back to try a burrito.

We have been there several times and the lobby was dirty every time. Bloomington is a college town, so it’s always busy and the store runs out of product. Maybe another location would be beneficial to the area.

When you say brisket to me, the first thing I think of is a nice bark cutting into the meat, seeing a smoke ring and tasting succulent, juicy beef. Watch the commercial on TV ‘Limited Time Brisket’, they have nice slices of brisket that they’re warming up as they prepared to serve it to the customer.
Then reality sets in. It’s almost false advertising. Tell him you want a bowl. He dumps a couple spoonfuls of brisket into it. The brisket has been chopped into tiny little pieces so small that you can hardly pick them up with your fork. Some of them are dry some of them are moist, but it’s not what they show on TV. Yes it’s tasty and it’s filling. I don’t know how wholesome it is.
Don’t think I’ll be back for seconds.
