Checked out the new Chipotle in Kokomo, and it’s definitely a different vibe compared to the older locations. The building itself is smaller, but being a standalone spot with a drive-thru makes it super convenient. The food quality feels just a little off. It’s nothing major, just something about the flavor or prep that doesn’t match the usual Chipotle consistency, and I can’t quite put my finger on why. Everything is extremely clean, which makes sense for a brand-new store, and the dining area feels fresh and well kept. The restroom is available and spotless, which is always appreciated. Service was quick and but not as friendly, but the drive-thru adds a nice option if you don’t want to go inside. Parking is easy with plenty of space around the building. Overall, it’s a handy spot for a quick meal, even if the food doesn’t fully match the quality I’ve had at other Chipotle locations.

Horrible service. The guacamole tasted like water. All the meat was over cooked and Dry. No onions or peppers. They filled door dash orders for 15 minutes before waiting on me. Unclean dirty atmosphere. The nastiest chipotle I ever tasted. I only got chicken guacamole and hard old queso. What a waste of $15 whoever Robert is on my receipt needs fired

My wife and I stopped in for our first visit today. It was lunchtime on a Sunday and they were fairly busy. We ordered the Carnitas bowl with chips and guacamole. We generally enjoy our Chipotle meals, but today was subpar. The carnitas had a large chunk of fat in it, and there was too much cilantro. The sour cream and everything else in our bowl was too runny. The chips were a mixture stale and fresh.
For those who like getting their orders to go, they offer a drive through and a large inside take out shelf. The seating capacity is surprisingly small.

First off, the place is filthy. Food scraps and crumbs on every single table. The bowls are very expensive by the time you make one that actually fills the bowl. My bowl was $25 bucks by the time I got it to resemble the advertisement picture. I got the brisket, which seemed to be more low quality gristle than meat. I ordered a lemonade, but they were out. Was not offered a refund on it. They didn’t refill the lemonade the entire time I was there. I don’t think I’ll ever go back.

We just stopped in for dinner tonight at the LaFountain location. It was 9:35 & the crew working Hannah, AAron, the other cute girl.and another gentleman were so funny & happy. They totally made our Girls night out of town complete. The food was delicious & their fun vibe did not go unnoticed. We will make this one of our yearly stops on our annual Hippie Fest trip. Thanks again!!!

Pretty good food, I’ve never been to a chipotle before. Had a chicken bowl, queso. Brown rice, pico, street corn, sour cream, cheese, and black beans.
Added a few splashes chipotle tobasco sauce and it was pretty damn good, had the Berry Auga fresca, paid about 15$ with drink.
Utilitarian design in the restaurant which is fine, relatively warm, and mostly lofi and smooth jazz on the speaker system

Went for the Bogo event yesterday. The place was slammed, probably for awhile before I was there, but the staff were champions and got through. My burrito was worth the wait as it was the biggest I’ve had in a long while.

I spent $23 on a veggie burrito and a side of chips and queso. The order comes, and there were no fajita veggies on my burrito. The rice was undercooked. I have never had a chipotle meal that was inedible, until now. They barely gave me any queso. The chips were STALE. Like super super stale. Everything was awful. I complained through the DoorDash app, and got a $3 refund. Wow. Thanks guys.
I’ll be sure to fill out the “how did we do” at the bottom of the receipt, but I doubt they’ll do anything about it. Be better.

I ask for barbacoa ,brown rice, black beans and fajitas they gave me carnitas with brown rice… same for my husband.
