This location has restored my faith in Chipotle! I have been a die hard Chipotle fan since 2015, but I would say the last couple of years I have had to shy away as I felt the quality and taste of Chipotle had gone down the drain. Not only that, but the atmosphere in general. Employees rude to customers, employees looking like they hate their job, and that really reflected in the quality of food they were serving. Crunchy rice, rice with no lime juice/cilantro or too much cilantro, burnt/overcooked/dried out meat, tasteless guacamole, ect. The last couple of times I have gone to this location, it has taken me back down memory lane of 2015! The flavors are SPOT ON, the quality is back, and I had the kindest person at the drive through pick up window. The ingredients look so fresh and TASTE so fresh! I will be returning to this location!

Ordered pickup, and received the saddest bowl I’ve ever seen in my 18 years of eating chipotle. It was barely half filled. There was hardly any rice at all, which is rare. I ate and was still starving because the portion was offensively small. My expectations were high too because i watched the worker load up the bowls for the customers in store. Although i watched the same worker turn all the bowls sideways to put them into bags which was an odd choice.

Every time we go to this location we have issues with ordering pick up. The sides are never as full compared to when you go into the restaurant and this is the amount of hot sauce I received, and ordered double sour cream but was left with an empty slot, absolutely terrible standards people…

Come for the Quesadilla, Stay for the Health Inspection Anxiety. I stopped by the Chipotle on Dupont Road in Fort Wayne and wow what an experience. The entire restaurant looked like it lost a food fight and decided not to clean up afterward. Tables were generously seasoned with old sauce and mystery food bits. Behind the counter there were food scraps just living their best lives. I have a suggestion… Maybe clean tables once in a while??!! Now let’s talk about portions. I ordered a quesadilla and apparently they’re on a strict diet there. Tiny portions like the ingredients were rationed during a shortage. For the price, I expected food. Not a tiny snack of regret. Horrible all around. I left hungry, grossed out, and questioning my life choices. Do better, Dupont Road Chipotle. Or at least find a mop!!

Don’t bother ordering extra meat. I’ve been ripped off too many times at this location. Taco Bell makes bigger burritos than the one I ordered today.
Also their chips are usually under cooked. There are other locations with better service and quality of food.

Terrible experience over and over compared to other Chipotle’s. The workers leave you at the drive up window forever before coming to help you. The portions are small. Now, I have been given the wrong order on more than one occasion and have had to come back or just not eat. Do not recommend.

Fantastic experience at this location yesterday! My sister is coeliac and was looking for a quick bite to eat so we stopped by. The staff were super accommodating, making sure there was a clean space cleared to prep her food, as well as ensuring there was no cross contamination!

I thought my bowl felt super light.. I should have read the reviews on this location before ordering. This is one of the saddest bowls I’ve ever gotten from Chipolte.I don’t think I was given a full scoop on anything I put in my bowl. Barely any lettuce or salsa. Very disappointed. I also received guacamole that was brown.. do better Chipotle.

What is the point of coming here and paying $15 for a small portion of food. I am highly disappointed. Why do the workers do half a scoop, not even half. Why am I paying so much for just a SMALL portion of food. Chipotle is known for their big portions. Why are the workers being greedy with it? I don’t know his name, but one of them especially. He seems new or maybe he isn’t. But it isn’t just him. I had to go back in and ask for more chicken. He didn’t care enough to look at how when I opened my bowl it already looked like I ate half, but I haven’t even taken a bite. He didn’t care to look. I am highly disappointed. I should not be paying that much for such a small portion. Please have some kind of talk with the staff, this is super disappointing and a waste of money.
