Awful. Food tastes fine, but they were out of white and brown rice, no guac, no pico, no ice. Employees didn’t seem in a hurry to make more of anything. Chip bag barely had any chips in it. Also, tables were filthy. Never coming back to this location.

Walked right in at Chipotle and placed my order of steak bowl, brown rice, fajita veggies, black beans, corn salsa, hot sauce and cheese. All items were fully stocked and hot. I was in and out within 10 mins. Friendly staff too. They were busy but not overwhelmed. The floor was clean, beverage area wiped down and trash had been emptied. I consider Chipotle a healthy option rather than fried food. Plus they just added protein options.

This location has skimped on its chip bags. The rumors of serving sizes aren’t just rumors. The bags are now barely 1/8 full. Big bag with barely any chips looks ridiculous. For two people at $35+ that’s not cool. I brought the bag to the counter, showed it to them, and the girl just said “yeah that’s the portion size, they are all the same”. I asked if they changed it recently because it was double this amount just a few months ago. She didn’t know, and didn’t seem too bothered by it. So I asked if she could at least let management know a customer had complained.
Considering you can get an entire sit down Mexican meal at a local restaurant with FREE chips and salsa for less, Chipotle is getting to be less and less of an option I’d choose again.
Atmosphere was ok but many tables not cleaned. A family came in and even asked if they could borrow a clean wet towel, offering to clean one themselves. Thankfully someone did it for them but they shouldn’t have to ask. And the place was nowhere near busy or full.
Not cool.
Food was ok though, on par with other locations, at least the handful of times I’ve visited.

Honestly getting my chipotle bag was easy and simple but it wasn’t secured. Out in the open on the desk that people could snatch if they had the chance. But the reason why I’m making this review is the portion sizes I was given, there were barely any lettuce or cheese. On the app, I’ve wanted extra of everything that I’ve ordered including double scoop of chicken and chicken al pastor. When I finished it I had good portions of the chickens and I enjoyed the combination of the vinaigrette and sour cream. Don’t get me wrong, the taste was there it’s just didn’t fill me as I wish it did in the past times. I just hope in the future they can make this right or I’ll just have to go somewhere else for good food.

Not sure what happened, but this is the worst chipotle in the area now. Bathrooms are disgusting. No toilet paper, no paper towel. Burrito was rolled like a small sleeping bag (if you know, you know). Trash is full, tables are dirty……
Edit: 3/2/23 – Went there again to see if anything has changed, nope. This time the manager was saying they were going to close at 8pm because she wasn’t gonna be there all night and if she had to be there too late, she was calling out tomorrow. All this was said to other coworkers in front of guests. The food prep area was disgusting. It needed a good wipe down. The beans were pretty much plaster. I’ll likely just never eat at this one again. Maybe none in this area.

The prices have really gotten crazy here over the years, but the quantity and quality of food seems to have gone in the opposite direction. For just my daughter and I to get some hard tacos, a burrito bowl, and a couple of cokes, it came out to over 30 bucks. I could have taken her to a sit down authentic place with better food and portions for less than what we spent here. I hadn’t been to a Chipotle in a while and thought it would be fun to take her, but we both agreed this was a huge disappointment. I think we’re done with this chain.

It’s been a while since I’ve been to a Chipotle, and last night was a great experience! Now, I don’t want to celebrate anybody’s failures, but my burrito was so full that they had to use a second tortilla and still couldn’t quite get it closed. I noticed a man behind me in line staring at the burrito as they were closing it up, and the look on his face was a mixture surprise and approval. And then they needed 4 tin foils to cover it. It was delicious.
The new garlic steak is pretty tasty, and they will give you a free sample cup of it if you ask.
EDITED PORTION:
Dropped from 5 down to 1 star. This burrito isn’t even regular sized even though I ordered extra beans and rice. The fajita veggies are pretty undercooked. Oh well, at least I had a decent burrito last time. This location used to be very good and consistent, but not anymore.
The other orders I had were also smaller portioned than usual. And one of them didn’t have the veggies they ordered.

Just came in earlier today, and I’m eating my bowl as we speak. Unfortunately, the rice is not fully cooked. The texture is like it cooked for maybe 5 minutes. It’s just soft enough that you can’t immediately realize it’s hard by biting into it. As I’ve continued chewing the rice I noticed the pieces are chewy.

Ordered a bowl, chips, and the additives online and had it delivered to me. It was completely wrong and I had a few chips in the bag all smashed. I then went into the store to have it re made and the workers were so disrespectful and kept asking me what’s wrong with it with attitude. She then proceeded to take the bag from me, remade the bowl after I asked, crumbled the chips and threw away my queso and walked off. I then asked for my side of chips new because they were smashed and only few, and the queso she threw away.
