Cold food. Meat should be hot! Gross. The server rudely just grabbed a to go dish and said what do you want? And we were the only customers and the tables, every single one was filthy! Food, trash and smears on everything.

I would give this chipotle zero stars if I could. We went in there on a Monday night at 8 o’clock and everything looked like it had been sitting in the pans since first thing in the morning. I asked if they could make some fresh green peppers and onions, and they told me no because their cook was on break.. When we started to make our order, the lady behind the counter told us they were out of cheese. Sounds like to me. They just had a ton of excuses because they weren’t doing their job. All of the pots and pans were stacked up and filthy nasty dirty the restaurant look like it needs to be condemned. I think that the corporate office needs to come in the store and retrain everybody so they know what their jobs are instead of standing around talking and not caring about their customers. So again zero stars for chipotle

Picked up my online order got home and was missing the new ranch on the side and my bowl had no cheese what’s so ever. My husband had ordered guacamole on his burrito and also didn’t have any. We paid extra for those things and wasted our money.

Only at Chipotle can you get the same thing and pay a different price each time you go in. On top of that as if their prices aren’t high enough, they want to nickel and dime you on everything and charge for a small side of salsa and a tortilla on the side. Lastly, as if that’s not enough, their bags of chips are almost empty to begin with. Will definitely not be back at this location!

Ordered through DoorDash. “Assistant manager” who refused to give first name refused to give me my order through the drive-thru, which is not only how I always pickup my order here, but it’s stated in the pickup instructions as well. “Assistant manager” said I had to go park my car in the snow storm, walk in, and get it myself because she wasn’t going to give it to me. Filed a formal complaint through DoorDash as well. Learn some customer service skills. No wonder this location has 2 stars .

Picked up an online order tonight – they forgot one of our drinks and the rice in our kids meal, quesadilla was cooked as if they had no sight and a 3 year old made it. They did not add other items that we had in our meal. When I called to let them know the guy just said oh sorry…. Then a minute of awkward silence before I asked if I could come back for them to fix it and he said no we don’t do this for online orders you’ll need to call the 800 number I said can I talk to your manager please and he said he was. Food was also cold. Would not recommend this location.

The food area was pretty dirty. You can tell they are sloppy and careless. There’s foreign food droppings mixed in with sour cream and in other foods as well. The whole food station was kinda gross looking. Chips are stale. The steak is spicy. Less than impressed.
