I’ve been skiddish coming to this Chipotle due to the reviews. I decided to give it a chance today and overly satisfied with what I received. This has to be the fullest bowl I’ve ever gotten from any Chipotle. (I did start eating before taking the pic, hence the one side lower) I’ll definitely be back for more!

Just got my order delivered from doordash and they put spoiled guac on my food. It was beyond bad. They had to know it because it was a color that went beyond brown. If I walked in and ordered, I know they would have never put that crap in my bowl. Or maybe they would have, who knows at this point. Had to throw it out because I didnt want to get sick. Tables are rarely clean, zero unsweetened tea ever for us people that avoid soda or sugary drinks. This is the only Chipotle I’ve ever been to that doesn’t provide Unsweetened Tea. 1st time ever eating here – I never complain online about things like this but I picked up at new store in LaPorte IN. I am not a foodie and didn’t think I would like it but ordered a steak burrito with extra portion of steak & bottle Mexican Coke. Ready by 10pm – I waited inside 15minutes while others ordered and were already eating theirs. They weren’t busy maybe 3 cars in parking lot. She had someone make it and then told me they are out of the Mexican Coke. So they hand me a child size bag with atiny burrito the size of my hand for $17. I could see 2 of them and drink for $17 maybe… but wow I could order a large pizza for $8 at Dominos! For a picky eater it is good though but this is like County Fair prices. Mucho Mas here in LaPorte is cheaper and a fridge full of Coke 🙂

They have zero consistency and no care for quality, this chipotle went down hill fast. Not even a year old and it’s like no one working there actually cares. From entire orders being made wrong, waiting an extra half hour for pick up orders, to chips that aren’t even cooked all the way this has to be one of the worst chipotles I’ve been too.

I love Chipotle in Laporte Indiana usually they always hook it up and treat me really good. but today they had some kid doing the bowls and he gave me less then half the food they usually give me, if I am being honest he only gave me like a 3rd. Everyone is always great usually but please dont let him make the food if he is going to give so much less. if he is making the food I will just walk out from now on. Getting 35 to 40% of the food I usually get kinda upset me. Literally everyone else gives me over twice what I got today! I am still leaving 4 stars 5 stars and 5 stars because most people are usually so great

I’ve been disappointed almost every time I’ve been to the Laporte chipotle. I just picked up my app order and watched them finish making it, which was fine. What’s not fine, is that when I got home 3 minutes later, my bowl was cold. The chicken and rice was barely room temp, and the fajita veggies were cold as if they just came out of the fridge. I’ve never had any issues with any other location. It’s a shame that there’s finally one close to home and I don’t even want to go there anymore.

This is like actually a bit insane. I ordered regular portions of everything yet my entire burrito is rice and beans with the smallest amount of everything else. Lady making my food couldn’t even roll the burrito without squeezing half the steak out of it. Honestly they keep disappointing me and that’s why i continuously make the trip to Michigan City instead.
