I have never been to a chipotle before , let me remind you this is my first time. I walked in no line or anything , I looked at the menu. The man asked me if I wanted white rice or brown rice, I told him I wanted both , so he let the other person go in-front of me because what he wanted was available, I watched his bowl and it looked nice. Finally the rice was ready for me so I got similar. When I got to the lady that was ringing my order up, I asked her for my cup, the first time, she didn’t respond so I asked her again and she said “ I heard you the first time , your cup is in the bag” And she rolled her eyes, like I told her and the manager don’t get smart their was no need to be hateful like that, that is beyond ridiculous. I feel like some of those customer service workers in their need to be mindful of their attitudes especially with the rate the world is going now days. I’m entitled to share my opinion how ever I like , the manager told me to my face you need to leave because your making threats , no It’s the truth and I’ll say it again you need to watch what you say to these customers because having a attitude like that with some of these customers, their going to give you the same energy or even worst, so I highly recommend that you do better, Until then QDOBA For NOW.

I would avoid this location at all costs. It’s simply not worth it. Filthy kitchen, line to the front door because they’re so slow. To go order took 20 minutes longer than the app said (would’ve taken longer if I wanted to wait for steak also after everything else was done and getting colder and colder) because they were out of everything and not communicating with each other about it. They literally had no chips (how does this happen) and were asking customers if they were okay with guacamole that had oxidized because they had none fresh. Oh and they said I’d get refunded for the stuff they didn’t have if I requested it on the app. Nope, they just give you coupons instead of a refund unless you jump through a million hoops. Customer support experience is awful. Just go to Qdoba or one of the many more authentic restaurants/taquerias instead and you’ll be happier. Even TB is a better experience.

Came in for dinner with wife and 2yo daughter. Greeted by two younger employees working the line and seemed to be genuinely happy to be working and helping us. It’s very easy to just work and do the job, but going beyond that with excitement and politeness is great to see and experience especially with a young child that’s shy

Zero star rating here. First thing we noticed was filthy tables. ☹️ Looks like nobody cleans them. Never saw anybody come out and clean any tables while we ate inside and saw lots of people order after us. Thankfully had wipes with us and cleaned our table myself. Secondly, we ordered food WITHOUT rice and WITHOUT corn because we avoid those foods and found bits of corn and rice in two of our three orders! ☹️ Apparently one of the sauces we ordered has been contaminated ☹️ Two of the three orders asked for fajita veggies and they were left off. Went up and talked to an employee and apparently they are out. BUT I think they should have stated that when they gave us our order instead of expecting us to ask them why it wasn’t on our food. Food we ordered tasted good, but overall not impressed. Don’t recommend this location.

Since employees don’t wear name badges, I’ll use descriptors. It is 12/26/22 @ 1:45pm and she is the only female I see. She is a young black/african. Her attitude is horrendous. I clearly stated I wanted 2 different quesadillas…when she went to build em, she used the same meat. I stopped her mid scoop and said no….thats not what I ordered. She rolled her eyes, huffed and then returned the meat to the container and planned to use the same tortilla that she had already put the wrong toppings on…I said no ma’am…I need a fresh one. She was really mad then so a young latino male came to finish my sandwiches. Its not his fault because he was trying to help but he thought it was a burrito because of how she started them. At this point, he’s confused, the line is long and Im no longer hungry. I spent $23 on food I dont want and didnt ask for. A complete and utter waste.

Always slow, pickup orders usually never on time. Somehow always chaotic environment. Quality isn’t great for how much chipotle costs now (not just this chipotle but chipotle as a whole)

Waited 40 extra minutes for a mobile order while at least 25 people ordered and got food in the regular line. Mobile orders are made at a separate station, which had 1 employee while multiple other employees were standing around doing nothing.
