This was my first time in 3 years going to Chipotle and I should have spent my money somewhere else. I got my food to go and mind you I leave less than 5 minutes from the restaurant and I food was cold. I asked the server if the food was hot and he said that it was up only 10 minutes. Food quality was subpar and I would suggest that you spend your money elsewhere. Also portion size was small and had to pay extra for child size portions. If the food was great I could overlook the extra charge but this was the worst meal I’ve had since I have been in Indianapolis. This could a bad day for the restaurant but I will never come back again!

My wife and I wanted to go out for valentines day. We tried Chipotle for the first time. The place looked dirty, and staff wasn’t really helpful. Nice lady only suggested 3 tacos with stuff on side so we can make them how we want. (But that didn’t sound appetizing) The portions were little and not much of a variety. The drink station was sticky and dirty. Tea was nasty and the lids wasn’t even covering them. Straw papers were all over the place. There was trash in the silverware bins. The line pans were dirty and mixed (like cheese in the sour cream, beans in the meat, brown rice in the white rice, etc) and wasn’t cleaned. The tables were dirty and a lot of stuff scattered on the floor. We sat there and at the table after cleaning it off ourselves. We watched as someone came out and straightened the straws only! There was only 3 customers in the place, about 5 employees from what we could see. We got 2 burrito bowls, (our rice on the side) and an extra tortilla to try. Chips with cheese and 2 drinks. Over $30. My bowl wasn’t even half full. My chicken portion was very small.

I’ve never been to a Chipotle, and I’m glad I tried this location. It wasn’t busy, and the seating area was pretty clean. I ordered a chicken quesadilla, and the employee was very helpful with explaining how many sides I get and even gave me some recommendations. I just stuck with the sour cream and pico.
Can’t wait to return. Think I may try a bowl next time.

Today was my first time eating at Chipotle. When I came in, I let the girl know that it was my first time. She rolled her eyes and just walked off. Well, this at least gave me time to check out the menu lol. I let her know I was ready and continued to place my order. The staff were definitely not friendly or welcoming but the bowl was good. I tried the chicken, brown rice, black beans, queso and pico. I’m sure I’ll return to a Chipotle in the future, but not at this location. Staff… you should have been nicer. Thank you.

Revising my review. I had a bad experience ONE TIME when the rice was undercooked but it has never happened again. I’ve been ordering here for about 2 years and they have been ON IT! Much better than the other location nearby in terms of consistency and quality of the bowls made.

Ordered pick up, was in and out, staff was friendly, and my food was tasty. Only thing, please be conscious of cross contamination. I’m a vegetarian and there was several chunks of steak when I bit into my burrito. Not ideal for someone who can’t eat meat.

This may be the most depressing chiptole bowl I have ever received. Somebody behind the counter clearly did not understand that my bowl consisted of double chicken, extra cheese, and it certainly didn’t have nearly enough weight to it to justify the second portion of chicken that I added which is the new Honey Chipotle chicken. I’d recommend going to the Chipotle on Emerson if you’re looking for a store that won’t rip you off on portion size. For 16 dollars you should certainly be able to expect more than this!
