Life long chipotle fan, got a half chicken and half steak burrito. My man put no exaggeration six cubes of steak and about the same amount of chicken on the burrito. But then put about a cup of sour cream on and said they get on him for portions??? Burrito was all topping no meat wont return to this location, got up charged for a steak burrito to get 6 cubes CRAZY

What’s the deal with the fajitas at this location. I was shocked when I was told yesterday that they were out and had no more coming available, yet they were several hours before closing! The server was polite, and apologized for not having any available, and so I went ahead and placed my order instead of walking out. I should have walked out; it just wasn’t the same without them.

Five stars for the dinner crew working the evening of 11/6. I got enthusiastic food recommendations, friendly attitudes, and smoothly run teamwork for preparing my meal and ringing it up. I don’t think I’ve ever moved through a chipotle line so quickly. Also the chips were really good, and that’s saying something since I’ve been disappointed by the chips at almost every chipotle I’ve been to in the past couple years. My kids even reminded me “Don’t get the chips! They’re not good anymore!” Thankfully it wasn’t a decision I regretted.
Can’t believe the price increase in the past few years, but that’s not a result of this crew. Just a general complaint that I’m hoping will be a drop in the bucket of food cost woes across the nation, that might get us somewhere 😉

Management Mistake: Ordered one bowl in App for 12 pm pick up. Order said it was ready at 12. I got there at 12:08 and was told they ran out of chicken, so I needed to wait. By 12:20 none of the other pick up orders had been helped, including a woman whose pick up time was 11:50 am. I approached the counter and kindly said that chicken doesn’t take 30 minutes to cook. They were clearly getting people through the walk in line and Chipotlane window. What they had done was prepped all our orders without the chicken, marked as ready, but then set them aside. They asked my name, grabbed a premade bowl, took it to the side and then bagged it and handed to me (remember I’m one of 8ish people waiting). When I got to my car there was not a full serving of chicken, no fajita veggies, and my rice was cold. This was total mismanagement and orders got lost. I acknowledge that lunch is busy, but you also have to know that and prep your team and store better to handle that influx. How are you out of chicken after being open for an hour? Even if your truck was late you have to plan for service. I wasted my whole lunch break for this, and I won’t be going back.
The store was clean, and people were nice.

I just saw the lady working the “To Go” section go outside to her car (white Chevrolet equinox) with the same gloves she was wearing to prepare the food, touch the doors to the establishment; the trashcan, several chairs, packages, go through the fridge, touch her face, and then go right back to making to go orders in the exact same gloves. At 245pm today. I hope management watches the cameras. Thank heavens she didn’t prepare my food cause that is absolutely repulsive. But the fact no one else noticed says a lot. Maybe order somewhere else. Hand hygiene is not a thing here.

I was truly dissatisfied with both the service and the food. There were no fajita vegetables prepared, and when I asked, I was told none would be made. I arrived around 12:15, right in the middle of lunch hours, yet they were clearly unprepared for lunch traffic. The food trays were already running low, and I had to wait for more to be brought out, which I didn’t mind, but it showed a lack of readiness.
What really concerned me was the cook’s behavior—on their phone while preparing food, never changing gloves, and even wiping their nose in between. That is unacceptable and very unsanitary.
For my first time back in quite a while, this was an extremely disappointing experience. I hate paying for food when the quality and cleanliness are clearly lacking. I left very displeased and won’t be rushing to return

I approached the counter when the lady was finally ready she started preparing my bowl. When it was time to add the protein, I chose chicken, but there wasn’t any available at the front. The chicken was located behind the counter, so a staff ( male w/ black long hair wearing a black hat) was serving it. She walked over to him and held my bowl towards him, he scooped the chicken out with what appeared to be an attitude and dropped in the bowl like plopping. As she was walking back over I decided to get extra chicken because he didn’t give me enough. When she approached him again, he gave her a looked like why am I asking for more but I did pay for it . I was really strange and rude he , then just dropped the chicken directly into the bowl with a plop ( AGAIN) . I found this behavior very odd, and if you have cameras in the store, you’ll see exactly what I’m describing. I think this is disgusting, and it was way too early to start your day with such nastiness. I probably won’t return to this Chipotle ever .

The warm smiles and freshly prepared food accompanied by outstanding employee attitudes make this the only fast food restaurant in the area that even bother going to as someone who doesn’t eat out often around this location.
Everyone at this location always seems to be genuinely helpful and kind which is saying a lot these days. Head and shoulders above other options in the immediate vicinity. ( weekdays, opening time/ early lunches 3-4 times a year ).
Easily one of the cleanest fast food restaurants in northeast Indy.

It was good. I think I have lost my taste for Mexican food. I got the burrito with carne asada and the red chimichurra sauce. Guacamole and chips. It was all good and very filling.

I saw an employee tear a bag of tortillas open with his bare mouth. He later spat in an open trash can while making food. I contacted Chipotle and they didn’t really seem to care, so I wanted to warn other diners. I question this location’s commitment to food safety.
