The food is always good of course but the dining room is never taken care of. Every table is always filthy. Lettuce, sauce and trash on and under every table. Let’s do better.

The food was good, comparable to Qdoba. The atmosphere, the same as Qdoba…urban/industrial. The service was impacted by the registers being down, but they continued to take orders without telling us the system was down. We waited at least 15-20 minutes while our food continued to get soggy and cold. Way too expensive for what we ordered. It was $40 for 2 of us. The bag of chips and large “small” container was $9.95!! Seriously. For what we spent, we could’ve had a nice steak dinner at a local steakhouse, with waiters, better atmosphere and leftovers.

The food and employees are amazing the place is clean but I door dash along here and I think the company should look into newer bowls that are more sturdy especially when people get overloaded meals. We had a door dash incident where it ripped threw the bag and all over our seat so we had to come back and get another order made for the customer..

These people give you the best service and treat you like you are somebody. They know their job and they don’t very well. The place is always popping and the food is always spot on and you get good chunk for the cash. Love the high protein bowls…

This is the cleanest looking Chipotle and the food looked fresh and really good. All of that would have been great if this wasn’t the absolute slowest Chipotle I’ve ever been to.
I timed 5 mins and they got 3, maybe 4 people taken care of. Line was past the door.
I didnt have 40 mins to stand in line. And had to go.
Im passing through, don’t live by a Chipotle anymore and have been craving it for months. I came so dang close to getting my fix but my wife was throwing a fit about how long it’d take.
Dude on warming the tortillas was heating them forever. I’ve never seen them come off the press steaming that much. He was definitely a bottleneck.

I came to this location at nearly 10pm… an hour before closing. The food was all still absolutely fresh and wonderful. The restaurant was super clean and the staff were all so nice and fun. They were working together as a team, preparing for close and the next day but were more than happy to help me. The young man that prepared my food was especially kind. I totally appreciated that as I have had the worst day. I don’t normally take the time to leave reviews but my experience was so awesome that I felt compelled to do so. My visit was at 9:49pm on November 2, 2025. If the owner sees this review, please give the staff kudos. They are doing a fantastic job!

My family and I were there for lunch July 5th, 2025. When we walked in, the floor was dirty and many of the tables were unkept. I immediately sighed. When we got to the line, there was one young lady working the line by herself. It wasn’t that busy, but by the time we got our food, it was busy. I saw 2 workers sitting down eating. They were probably on break, but geesh.
There’s a guy who came from the back, tall, had cornrows in his hair. I watched him go to the sink, while texting, surfing or something on his phone with his left hand. Now, everyone knows that mobile phones carry just as much bacteria as toilets. He literally washed his right hand while he was looking at his phone with his left hand. How do you do that? How do you get agitation of the hands with the soap with one hand? Then, he stopped the right hand and switched over and stuck the left hands under the water. I was thinking to myself, I know this guy is not getting ready to come help us with this food. The young lady in the picture was working so hard. She was trying to keep up with the pace. Kudos to her for her hard work.
This guy casually walks over to the register, while the young lady is making food. He is looking at his phone the entire time while walking over. He stands at the register on his phone and says nothing to me. He is texting, and texting and sending messages and laughing at whatever text conversation he is having. By this time, I don’t even trust him to touch my food. Finally, he looks at me and motions as if I’m supposed to tell him what we have. It was 3 bowls and 1 burrito. She wrote what was on them. You never have to tell Chipotle what the bowl is. He was so disconnected and not interested in working. Finally, he put the phone down after handling it, and laughing, and doing whatever he was doing and wanted to ring food up. Because I knew his hands were dirty, I said, are you going to touch these bowls being that you were on your phone and phone are dirty? He just looked at me. He went to reach for them and I stopped him, reached for my own food and put it on the tray. Paid and we sat down and ate.
Management, please ask your associates to put their phones away and do their jobs. He was more concerned about what was on his phone than working and then he served us with dirty hands. He never scrubbed his hands together in that sink, and stood there, right in front of me, texting and laughing. Do better….

We had bowls of different types when stopping at this Chipotle. The food is freshly in nature. The heated elements were on the lukewarm side. Rice, tomatoes and beans were fine. Chicken was a bit sparse. The portion is good size and filling. Service is good, one person seemed to do all the work at the counter in preparing each order per person. The staff are friendly and cooperative. Atmosphere, the place has plenty of seating but was a mess. Tables not cleaned and stuff on the floor everywhere. The bathroom was also messy. Overall a decent experience.

this location is one of the worst chipotle locations in indy. almost every time my order is either wrong or they don’t even put the correct portion size, like tonight i barely got any rice and like three pieces of steak. the inside is always dirty and the employees could not be bothered to interact with you.
