Who ever is making these burritos recently needs re taught because this is half the size they usually are, i put a vape next to it for comparison and this burrito is tiny, i even paid double for the meats so how is it possible for double the meat but half the size. Not going here again for a while until this gets changed.

We LOVE Chipotle! As a family of 8, we eat there multiple times a month. The Plainfield, Indiana location is our go-to when we are out shopping at Metropolis mall. The food is always GREAT. Meats always hot and I don’t know who they’ve got on the grill over there but I have never had a gross fatty piece of meat in my burrito, can’t say that for other locations. The restaurant and bathroom always clean. I gave 3 stars for service just because the employees all just seem so young and overwhelmed. Never RUDE….but not friendly either, just kind of trying to keep up and make it through their shift. To have so many team members like this so often….makes me wonder how the management is and if they are cultivating a good, fun, positive work environment for them. So, maybe it’s not a great place to work but it’s a great place to EAT!

Steak was a little cold in my burrito but this place is great! They usually have a line but it moves pretty quick so don’t let it scare you away. First experience with any food issues (cold steak) so 1 out of 30ish times or so is pretty good!

I’m very disappointed with this chipotle location. I ordered 2 salads for a total a $32 & change via Uber eats & they didn’t put fajita veggies like I requested, barely any lettuce & spinach, and no pork like I requested just beef. Never again will I spend money here

Extremely inconsistent. The past few times I’ve come here my side of queso is less than half full and i barely get a single order of chicken when i order double. Online orders are never completed with care and quality. And you have to stand in line for 30 min if you dont order ahead of time. Menu prices keep rising while quality keeps decreasing.

I ordered a burrito on the app and paid $21.58 because I chose delivery. I get the burrito and it is cold, open it up and it is not at all what i ordered. It was incredibly difficult to get ahold of customer service because the store line is a useless bot as well as the customer service on the app and website. When I finally got ahold of a real person, I was offered a FREE DRINK. A free drink for a $21 purchase are you kidding me!? I was NOT able to eat the food bc it was not what I ordered and had toppings on it that I am unable to eat. Don’t go here because if they mess up your order, they will not fix it. I have never dealt with such horrible customer service.

Good overall, I work close by so I pick up twice a week- sometimes my burrito bowl is super liquid due to someone putting in to much sofrita protein juice or black bean juice. Good customer service and quick.

Someone was greeting and cleaning tables as I walked in- good to see.. Moderatly clean unit, beverage station needed attention, fine food. First in , first out protocol needs improvement – lots of “topping off” the line going on. I took a chance on my order bc it was already started but that is always something that is alarming to me bc its an easy fix- im sure if leadership knows, they’ll want to improve this. Plenty of parking avail in the shared lot. I got a bowl, chips and a drink and paid $16.09. If you’ve been to chipolte, your expectations will be met at this unit. Not exceeded but met.

$45 order and got such little portions? The burrito bowl wasn’t even filled to the bottom rim. The burrito was so thin it looked like a quesadilla. Got a side of chips and guac and a side of queso. That was over $50 for the tiniest portions. Why are you cheating your delivery customers out of the correct portions and charging SO MUCH MONEY? I will think twice before ordering from Chipotle in the future
