Way to little meat on my tacos. Sweet tea tasted like no sugar. Even double checked to make sure it was from sweet tea. Flavor was good but serving size way too small. Less than a mile away I could have better Tacos cheaper. 1st and last visit.

Absolutely unacceptable. I ordered a chicken bowl with beans, veggies, cheese, and a side of chimichurri, what I received was a joke. There were only a few tiny pieces of chicken, barely any beans or vegetables, and the portion overall was shockingly small. It genuinely felt like every scoop was deliberately cut down.
To make it worse, the chimichurri side was barely half a cup. Just a few months ago, it used to be a full cup. The portion shrinkage is obvious.
What’s even more frustrating is that after reading through the reviews, I saw that many other customers have been complaining about the exact same issue for months. This clearly isn’t a one time mistake, it seems to be intentional.
If you’re ordering from here, go in person and watch them make your food. Online orders do not appear to get the same portions. For the price they charge, this felt like a complete rip off.

Ordered online and picked up…only to come home and find that my bowl had no meat….how do you miss the meat?? They could have asked me during pickup time if I would like a different protein but instead they added almost a pound of rice on the bowl. That’s so upsetting. $23 for a bowl or rice and chips….make it make sense

I ordered a steak bowl and queso & chips to go. Steak bowl had a minimal amount of steak that was dried out and very chewy. The queso was lumpy and very thick. The chips were the worst. The chips were absolutely disgusting! They were stale, chewy and so rubbery that I could bend one in half without it breaking. It was as if they had been bagged up hours before and had been sitting next to a steam table or something. Completely inedible! After messaging with customer service, providing my receipt and repeating my terrible experience FOUR different times to FOUR different people I received an email with a vague apology and that was all. Horrible food and horribly insulting customer service! I’m done with Chipotle!

I order a veggie burrito bowl on the app and when I got it home it didn’t have any of the ingredients I ordered. It only had rice(didn’t order), fajita veggies (didn’t order), corn(didn’t order), sour cream and guacamole. It was missing the black bean, queso, tomato salsa, lettuce and cheese. And it was cold and gross. I just threw it in the trash. I contacted support and they said I can get a free meal. I want a refund.
I already contacted you through the “contact-us” link. I’ve only been offered a free entree valid until the end of January. I’ll be contesting the charge on my credit card.

This isn’t the first time that this is happened. This is literally the saddest mobile order bowl I have ever experienced in my life called to see what could be done and was hung up on. …..like what…not even the right toppings and hardly any protein

It’s been a really long time since I had chipotle but these bowls felt much less filling and smaller serving sizes than previous visits. Our food was also not very warm and we forgot that you have to get your own silverware since it’s not included the bags on it’s own.
I avoided Chipotle for the last couple years after I found a piece of metal in my burrito bowl, likely from a grill brush scraper thing. I thought it would be time to try again. I had a massive craving for chipotle during my pregnancy and couldn’t fulfill it due to avoiding carbs. This didn’t quite fulfill my desire for Chipotle so I think we will try another location.
I really did like the chicken Al pastor though.

The system for chipotle is a joke. I place a HUGE order for my office and there was not an option to choose a time I could have my order delivered. I tried calling over and over as soon as they opened to let them know our team doesn’t need the order at the time provided to us. The robot on their answering service just keeps repeating themself over and over. No help at all. There needs to be a way for the customer to actually speak to a team member at the location. Now my food is ordered two hours before my team‘s lunch is scheduled. An absolute joke.
