I was skimped on every single ingredient. I had to ask for more of everything that i wanted even a normal portion of. I was given half a scoop of chicken. Half a scoop of beans. The young lady who served me gave me the smallest pinch of cheese i’ve ever seen in my life, and when i kindly asked for a little more, she picked up 3 shreds of cheese and called that good. I am beyond frustrated. The one thing i received a large amount of was sour cream. All i can taste in this bowl is sour cream and absolutely no cheese. Chipotle continues to raise prices and lower quality of service and size of portions. I love the food, but i get closer every day to never eating here again.

Had burrito with two add ons sour cream and guacamole so about $15 fot fast food eh? But plenty of volume and ingredients seemed fresh could have had leftovers. So a bit more expensive than competitors but definitely higher quality. The servers seemed an anomaly as very polite and well versed on entrees very chip and alert unlike most other restaurants in the genre. Arrived about 1:30pm Sunday and no one in line but us and by the time we departed about 40 minutes later queue filling. Tables needed wipe down though. 4/5 stars.

It’s pretty ridiculous how even though you manage to order ahead on the app. They end up messing up your order. I had asked for barbacoa and they instead put chicken, as well as no queso. Instead they put guacamole. All the extras that I had requested not here. I would give 1 star but I had ordered 2 bowls, and somehow they managed to get the first one right but not the second order.

When online ordering, they are very stingy about their portions. I counted four tiny pieces of chicken on my chicken bowl. So little quac on my bowl I had to search for it.
My wife didn’t get her guacamole at all.

My husband went in to to get us food and when he returned home with the food today I could not believe how small the portions were and very little to no meat. If I was there I wouldnt have paid and would have went next door to Qdoba. Never again, we will bring our business elsewhere. The photo looks messy because I sorted tthrough to get a picture of the amount of meat but he had not eaten any of it. Not worth $25!!! The bowls weren’t even 1/3 full.

I haven’t been in here for a while because the bar area was so messy last time I was here and they forgot to put the guacamole in my bag – so I had to turn around and go back in and get it.
This time it was clean.
I love the rice bowl with chicken and guacamole.
The only thing I seen wrong this time was the lettuce had water standing on it.
Plus, I ask for my guacamole on the side instead of on my rice bowl and they charged me 2.75 extra.

I rarely post reviews especially on Google, BUT this is my second review on this particular establishment (other was on yelp.) To start with let me say I usually love Chipotle but this place can’t get it together.
The food was terrible! We ordered 2 burrito bowls. Both with chicken. The guacamole had like 1/2 of a whole avocado in BOTH of our meal that was literally not ripe, additionally the chicken was so salty we could barely eat it.
Our 2 meals cost us $38 which is comparable to going out to eat but this is take out. The prices are unreasonable. The food is terrible. and the last time the food AND the service was embarrassing. Young staff/kids basically just socializing and ignoring customers. We will no long spend our hard earned money here

The tall guy with long hair that made my food gave me the smallest portions possible, then proceeded to spill salsa all over my quesadilla container so salsa was all over, and when they put it in the bag they spilled the salsa all over the inside of my bag making a huge mess. The food and service quality was terrible.
