Would not recommend going here. Ordered food and took it home. Got home opened food and there was a dead fly in our food don’t try calling cause you’ll never get a hold of anyone. Took in the store they have a refund but couldn’t even apologize or anything, just horrible.

LOVE LOVE LOVE the attitude of the workers here, especially the manager. The manager here is always positive, welcoming, hardworking. The staff work well together as a team. 4 stars on the food because some days the seasoning is off, other than that love how fast, clean, and friendly this establishment is!

This is the place that has made many before me swear off Chipotle, and many more after will do the same if there’s more major change. I’ve been served the disgusting goop at the bottom of the black beans (even after asking for the new stuff sitting there). I’ve been under served my protein by an insane amount and a handful of fat (4 pieces of edible steak in a bowl). I’ve watched customers request a little more rice when under served and very visible eye rolls be seen. Not a single freaking person in this building can roll a burrito to save their life, and none of them understand that you must drain the pico so you don’t end up with a mush in the bottom. The chips are either stale, over salted, or just under served where a large Guacamole/chips has maybe a dozen chips in the bag and then 1,000 broken crumbs. When you work a restaurant where the customer stands there and watches you put the food together, you might want to do better.

Most of the workers are nice; later in the day, they are kind of rude, seem like they are mad they are there and you are there too.
The last few times I’ve ordered from here things are missing from my ordered. Once is was the rice in my salad; I ordered extra and got none. The next time I ordered 1/2 chicken 1/2steak and got no chicken. Many times they forgot the honey vinaigrette dressing that goes with the salads.
Nothing is ever bad enough to prohibit me from continuing to come again but I always assume I will be disappointed with some element of the experience.

Major shoutout to the Camby Chipotle—
this place has seriously leveled up! The food is hot, fresh, and actually *seasoned* (the rice is no longer crunchy, hallelujah), and the staff is super friendly and fast. Portions are generous, the vibe is positive, and even the guac feels worth the extra now. Easily the best this location has ever been—keep it up!

I am usually not one to ever write a review, but I have been disappointed every single time I’ve came to this chipotle. I have ordered probably 5 bowls, and every single one of them had an issue. Some were as small as I doubled a portion of lettuce and there were 5 pieces total. But most recently I’ve had enough. I ordered a steak bowl with double protein. Got ZERO steak. Then today, I was lucky enough to get the whole top of an onion! I will never go here again.

I’ve been to this chipotle multiple times and really I’ve not had too many issues except one employee in specific always gives very small portion sizes, which is frustrating considering the price you pay for a bowl. I paid about $17 in total for a bowl and drink.

I’m not a big review guy but this has to be addressed. I’ve been to many Chipotles and have been satisfied but this one is terrible. I ordered the carne asada they have been advertising and it was pathetic. The meat was cold, chewy, very fatty and tough. These people clearly have no idea how to cook meat that they brag about on the commercials as the most tender they offer. Very disappointed.

I have them a few tries since opening and someone really needs to hunker down on the employees not giving out proper proportions. I ordered a pickup order can got maybe half a scoop of chicken…barley and shredded cheese. Basically my bowl was a rice with a bit of chicken and cheese. Idk if it’s laziness or not wanting to make more food when it turns out but it’s been week, they need to take everyone’s advice on proportions. Everyone is complaining about the same thing.

Order three steak tacos through GrubHub. The delivery was great the food not so much. Ate three steak tacos with no steak because the steak was full of gristle, couldn’t even eat. Would not recommend, will never order again.
