Food for me is always really good here, however do note that the rice is very salty and the meats are always greasy, however I like salty and greasy food lol. Usually service is fast and friendly. The place can be kind of a mess like no wiped tables and trash cans filled to the rim. It is a nice looking restaurant though with good food options! Super popular among college kids!

The food (if you go and order in person) is usually great. HOWEVER. Don’t bother putting in an online or delivery order. It will either be tiny, or something will be wrong. Ordered extra mild tomato and extra sour cream for delivery, opened my bowl when it got to me, and lo and behold, light tomato and no sour cream. This is not the first time this has happened either. Everything is also usually super dry. This just isn’t a great Chipotle, honestly.

I don’t know if I have ever been to a worse chipotle. First of all, I put in an order ahead of time, and when I was there my order was not ready, even though it said it was on the app. The problem was that they had ran out of queso, and that was no problem. However, I was waiting for 30 minutes for them to make this queso, even though they had told me 10-15 minutes, which I was fine with. Second, the food I received was cold, and the chips weren’t even close to be crunchy. This was an unnecessary cortisol spike.

Quite possibly the worst chipotle in the state of Ohio. 50/50 chance your burrito is not rolled correctly and if they mess it up they have no shame in charging you extra to double wrap it.

Very nice when you go in but tell me why I spent $12.60 on a burrito plus a delivery fee and tax making it $16.00 and my burrito is the size of my hand. My hands are very small. I am very upset because I just got home after a long day and failed my math test. I just wanted to eat so good food but I see this. What the heck. I used to get big burritos. Whoever these new hires are need to get with the program. I’m very upset and still hungry/hangry.

I work in food and I get it can be stressful and overwhelming but that is not an exception for being rude. Running out of stuff happens I get it, sometimes it’s too busy to prep during the dinner shift. It happens not a big deal; but as soon as I got to the blonde lady standing at the cashier and she was rude, snarky and gave me a huge attitude. The rest of the staff was welcoming and friendly. But her behavior was unacceptable. Girl needs some costumer service skills

$21 in 2024 for a simple bowl with double meat plus guac. The meat was so lightly sprinkled as you can see in the photo that I thought they were joking. When I asked for double, the sprinkling was even less, and I was shocked at the price of $21 for the bowl, and $3 for a bottle of water.
The dining area is messy and disgusting, and the girl working the register didn’t look me in the eye.
I’m a pleasant person, and was hoping Chipotle’s newer reputation didn’t extend to this location.
Unfortunately, it did and I was disappointed.

Don’t ever order DoorDash, they will give you extremely small portions. I kept thinking maybe it was just a bad worker but after like the 5th time I gave up. This is never worth $15+

I love chipolte and this was the first time I’ve ever been to this location and it was a mess. They were out of chips and we ordered five things of queso so no chips for all the queso, the burrito bowl was leaking out all over the bag and had the bottom soaked out before we got home, one of the queso was spilled out because the lid wasn’t on all the way, one of the burritos wasnt rolled right so it was all over the place and I had to eat it with a spoon, I had to stop and get chips on the way home for all of the dip. I understand things happen but this was a whole mess and basically a waste of $55 on my birthday. So yea if I based my experience in this visit alone, I probably wouldn’t go back. I contacted customer service and they said they would credit me a chip and queso, ok that makes it all better thanks
