really disappointed in the service at this location unfortunately as of recently. came in to order two bowls as we haven’t had the best experience ordering pickup. It was slightly busy but nothing abnormal for this chipotle/any location but was rudely spoken at by one staff member while he simultaneously messed up both of my bowls… the other staff were kind and trying their best but not worth continuing to go there if they’re going to be mean. to top it all off, the meat is ice cold in both bowls after a five minute, heated drive home. think it’s finally time to give up on this location and try another 🙁

This Chipotle has always been consistent for me! The chips are cooked perfectly! The food has always been fresh! It just taste better compared to other locations! Could be a little cleaner on tables and food areas but they were very busy so understandable.

This is my local Chipotle and I have gotten food here many times. I can tell you that generally you will have 2 very different experiences based on if you do a pick up order or if you go through the line and have them make the order in front of you. For some reason they always short you on the rice and lettuce if you order in the app (even if you put extra for these items in your order). However when I go through the line in store they give the normal amount as any Chipotle. So, I suggest avoiding doing pick up orders here. Against my better judgement, I did an online order here yesterday and what spurred me to write the review now was that in addition to shorting on rice and lettuce, they also shorted me on the side of guacamole. This store really needs to get consistent on their pick up vs in store orders.

Im so tired of this location. I made an online order for two bowls and one of my bowls are half way filled and barely has anything in it. I tried calling customer service and go through chat but they are no help at all. I want my money back. I only go here because I live around the corner but I rather drive to another location to get better food portions. This is not the first time!

I’ve been to every Chipotle in the Dayton area and this one is by far the best. It is definitely a noticeable difference. There’s always plenty of food ready, it’s always fresh and hot, the staff is always very friendly, and the line always moves very quickly. Definitely stands out above the rest. I’m very happy with it overall, and I truly appreciate it.

Looks like they either threw my order into the bag from across the kitchen, or they forgot to put food in half my bowl. Normally this location is okay but I’ve also received a lot of orders in the past with rice that was crunchy and undercooked and I haven’t left a bad review until now. I don’t like giving bad reviews but I really don’t like paying good money for bad orders.

We order from this location quite a bit from online pick up. With a family of four and a busy lifestyle we utilize carry out often. They’ve forgotten numerous things such as the meat to the kids meal etc. today, was the last straw, meat forgotten Barbacoa adult meal, no fajitas in the requested veggie/fajita burrito, no veggie/fajita in quesadilla. The quesadilla was missing meat on one half and it had 2 pieces of chicken and cheese only. The wife always asks to verify everything now before I leave the store…. But today they had the items but you couldn’t see the problem until it’s too late. We won’t be ordering anytime soon from this location.

I was completely appalled at how this line looked when I came in at 10:45pm 15 mins until closing so they weren’t busy at all just standing around when I approached the line I couldn’t resist to ask the employee to please wipe the line before making my order because I hate when they drag my bowl or burrito through all the filth The lazy employee said “ I can just carry it, I won’t drag it through the stuff” like really that’s your rebuttal? I then insisted that she wipe the line This is something Ive encountered many times here at this location it just seem they all have no care for cross contamination in the photos you can see cheese in the sour cream corn in the green salsa and cheese in the hot salsa complete low performance and this is just the appearance the food quality was even more sub par the rice was so crunchy it almost broke my tooth the chicken was dry and cold and the romaine lettuce was 3 inches wide I don’t know what ever happened to chipotle they used to have really high standards and great food quality but over the years they have declined drastically and it’s really sadden me because I love the food when it’s actually good I just hope they get together before it too late and they put themselves out of business
