I don’t know why I bother ordering from this location anymore. The delivery orders are messed up more often than not. When my wife suggested it today, I said it sounds great unless they get it wrong again. The tacos we got had no rice on them and the burrito bowl was about 60-70% the normal portion size.

If you do order from this location, I’d recommend avoiding their app and using Doordash or something similar. It’s much easier to get your money back that way.

Horrifically short staffed. There were 3 people total behind the counter and I waited 20 mins in a line that was not very long. Meanwhile there were like 6 people waiting in the online pickup section of the restaurant. If you’re a manager reading this please staff your restaurant appropriately. The staff who were there were very nice, worked hard and don’t deserve those conditions.

We will never be back to this location.

Six employees and all of them were standing around acting like they’ve never worked a day in their lives before.

Not a single clean table, no napkins, silverware, and were out of stock on just about everything.

The entire area they prepare your food was gross. I’ve included pictures of the couple I could sneakily take.

No one would check us out until we asked, and they had to look for another employee to come check us out. They then told us they’re “understaffed”.

I’m sorry if you all are able to stand behind the counter talking and being on your phones, then you can pick up a rag and clean these tables and food area.

We should not have to ask three different people for silverware and for a fork.

Also bathrooms were gross and they didn’t have any toilet paper. ‍

Never order delivery or to go from here. I PAID for double protein, double rice etc because i already know they have portion issues, and then receive my burrito and its not even as big as my hand per usual. You really have to be standing over them to get any kind of decent portions, even when you paid for double from the start.

As a lover of chipotle, I’ve never been more disappointed. The meat was tough and the rice was mushy, but more importantly the restaurant was absolutely disgusting. At 5 pm on a Saturday, the trash cans were overflowing, food on the floor, a spill near the drink station, no clean tables, and only 1 immature women making food. This will be the last time we visit this restaurant.

Waited 20 minutes for a quesadilla, Because their quesadilla machine was messed up. They had to remake it because it burnt the first one. Wasn’t offered any kind of discount anything by the time I got home to eat my food. The bowls that we got the whole bottom of the bowl was soaking wet. The guy didn’t apologize or anything. Didn’t offer us a 5% discount or offer to take the quesadilla off anything acted like it was my fault for ordering a quesadilla.Then there was a card issue. It wasn’t my card. He told me that I didn’t have money on my card. I inserted it 3 times after that it asked me to swipe. I was asked do you have tap? He said yes. It went straight through. By the way there were 12 people behind me by this time. I have his name.

I have been here three times. Each time, the food is cold, watery, and the portions are super small. The other two locations close to this one are 10x better. They mess up ordered every time and give no attention to the double protein on my order. I’m done ordering here.

It’s frustrating because I’ve had some good meals here, but this is the final straw with me.

I understand they were busy, but I wasn’t even notified that half of my ingredients weren’t on the bowl. Really upset with the lack of communication with this place.

Very inconsistent. If you order mobile for pickup, be careful and look at your order before you leave. Disappointed with wasting my money.

Title: Disappointing Experience at Chipotle

Review: I used to be a huge fan of Chipotle, but my recent visit to this particular store left me incredibly frustrated. The staff was consistently unresponsive, and the advertised hours of operation were never accurate. The service I received was absolutely horrendous, to say the least. Even on a Saturday evening at 8:00pm, they were unable to serve customers, which is simply unacceptable.

It’s such a shame because I genuinely love Chipotle, but this particular location has let me down. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and works towards improving their service. As a loyal customer, I expect better consistency and responsiveness.
