Judging by all the reviews the responsibility I would say should be on the district manager. Not only are you letting down the community but your employer. This is the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. The slowest service, can’t blame the guy at the counter doing his job as he had several other associates chit chatting in the back not helping. The whole store is a mess! Dishes pilling up, trash stacked Do better chipotle this is embarrassing!

TERRIBLE. Ordered online for pickup before work and this is what I received. The bowl was barely half full, almost entirely sour cream, with hardly any black beans or substance at all. It honestly looks like a joke. Portions were completely off and it felt rushed and careless. For the price Chipotle charges, this is unacceptable. If you’re ordering online here, be prepared for wildly inconsistent portions and disappointing quality.

There was literally soap in my food. I ordered on the app, so I used the chat bot to try to get a refund. Got the message “we’ll let management know,” so I went back to the restaurant to ask for a refund and they told me to call 1-800-CHIPOTLE. They demonstrated very little care, and punted me to corporate immediately. Corporate tried to give me three free meals, and I told them I was not interested in eating at Chipotle for a very long time and that I just needed a refund. They obliged when I said that. Don’t visit this Chipotle. Save yourself the trouble.

The worst! I love Chipotle and have never had a burrito made so skimpy! My burritos have always been the size of a car battery! Not at this location! I ordered on the app and ordered a 2 burritos and chips with queso. Well the burritos looked like egg roles and the chips bag was 1/4 full. I would guess this is either the work of the franchise owner or Manager, both whom need an education on what every other Chipotle franchise is doing. Mabe go am order at one of the other Chipotle’s and see what you get for your money! The staff at the drive thru window were less than friendly and condescending as well. This will be the 1 and only time I visit this rip off shop.

I’m convinced this Chipotle has a personal vendetta against chips. Almost every visit, they forget them. This time I ordered 3 bags and got 1 bag. HOW. The bowls are fine, but the chips are apparently optional here. Check your bag before you leave.

Consistently the WORST Chipotle I’ve ever been to. Employees are always in the back and not available to help guests, everything behind the counter looks disgustingly dirty with dirty utensils, and dishes piled up. I was once at the front of the line and it took at least 15 minutes to make my food. Employees rarely make eye contact and food just isn’t fresh. After multiple chances, I will go out of my way to avoid from now on.

I visit this Chipotle regularly and while it gets the job done, there are definitely some areas that need improvement. The service tends to be slow, especially on weekends and Fridays when it often feels like they’re short-staffed. While I don’t expect fine dining standards from fast food, I do believe good food and proper service should still be a baseline—and this location struggles with consistency.
One recurring issue is the spice level of the regular chicken—it’s noticeably spicier than expected and can be overwhelming if you’re not prepared for it. On the positive side, the staff stays professional and focused, which I appreciate. There’s no goofing off behind the counter, and the portion sizes are generally well done.
Cashier service is hit or miss—some are quick and courteous, while others seem checked out. Overall, this location is decent if you’re craving Chipotle, but don’t come in expecting speed or flawless service during busy times.

I had no issue with the 15 to 30 minute wait to get to the front of the line, but whoever is managing second/closing shift there desperately needs to reassess the production. When I was asked if I wanted a number of options, they kept repeatedly being out, only to then be given an abysmal portion of food because the person working was seemingly alone on the line and recognized the growing line behind me. I’m not sure if they’re told to cut the portions if there’s more people in the building but I’m beyond disappointed, the girl was clearly rushed and without help by the people who were “cooking”. So between the portion, the time it took as well as the general lack of care from the other staff I think I’ll be avoiding this location as well as Chipotle in general for a while.

Hands down the worst chipotle in existence. The cashier is always SO rude, and cursed as me during my last (and final) visit here. Mobile orders are always made wrong or are disproportioned (lathered in a gallon of sour cream, half a scoop of all ingredients, etc.).
