Terrible service. Bowl was not filled. Went into complain, and was treated disrespectfully, and told that my portion was the “normal portion” my bowl (left) compared to a normal bowl (right). This particular chipotle in downtown Dayton has terrible service.

I ordered chipotle from door dash and it picked this location, if I don’t go in person for the brown street chipotle they will always skimp the bowl on portion sizes, there is barely any rice in this bowl if any and it looks rushed and un appetizing. For 15 dollars plus a tip for my driver this is unacceptable.

This chipotle is consistently one of the worst ones in Dayton, but today I had the absolute worst experience yet.
The guac was basically all this large, rotten, hard black/grey chunk. I’ve never seen an avocado grey but also hard….it was disgusting. I got all 3 salsas and queso yet somehow the bowl had no flavor. I also got chips and I swear, there were 10-12 chips in the bag. It was like one of the .25 cent bag or Doritos you get in the snack pack.
I ended up just throwing the whole thing away as the rotten avocado grossed me out soo much.
Update – I sent this report of being served rotten food to the link provided below….and they offered me a free fountain drink. See photo.

I guess they charge $1.50 for extra rice? I’m pretty sure chipotle isn’t supposed to charge extra for more rice… the person barely gave me any rice to begin with so I’m not sure. The charge was for “sides”.

I’ve always been happy with this Chipotle. The people are nice and quick. The store is always clean and there are a lot of sitting options. There even is a small outdoor area to eat. Ample parking around. It was a little too cold in the restaurant last week though.

They was kinda rude to us. Like they didn’t want us their. They wasn’t letting anyone order double meat. Out of so many items. The store was a mess. The trash can was over full. Tables needed wiped down. We took our food left. I feel poor management.. it was 7:30 pm. But other stores are never like this one was. I don’t like leaving bad reviews. But this is a food store. It needs change before I’ll eat their again.

This chipotle is honestly hit or miss, and lately it’s been a miss. It feels like this particular location usually has dirty tables and unstocked napkins,lids etc.
The service is nice, but the food is not up to the quality I have come to know and love with other stores. Not sure where the breakdown is, but I actually had my first burrito from this location when I went to college here. Ever since I left college this store continues to tumble.
