I brought my kids in today on a whim because we were hungry, and it ended up being such a great experience! We haven’t been to a Chipotle in a long time due to cleanliness and service issues we’ve had at other locations in different cities.
We were so pleasantly surprised. The restaurant was clean, welcoming, and well kept. The staff was amazing—super helpful, friendly, and engaging. The food was fresh and delicious.
We’ll definitely be back. Thank you to the wonderful staff for making our visit so enjoyable!

Have ordered from this location twice, both times through the app. Orders were made very quickly, staff was pleasant at the drive-thru. Interior was clean when I used the pick-up shelf. Orders were correct. Chicken was dry in the protein bowl, but they did include the fork as requested, and other reviewers are correct as it was rather spicy. Parking is plentiful and location is right off the Piqua I-75 exit.

I asked specifically for sweet tea. The employee said they had it, handed me a cup, and told me the drinks were around the corner. When I got there it was only unsweetened, so I went back and asked if they were out. He just said “well you’re just going to have to add sugar.” Kinda rude and misleading for something so basic. I ask for light rice… nope burrito comes in football shape 90% rice burrito. They always go extra light on the corn salsa, cheese, beans and meat even tho I never ask them to. I got so little meat on my burrito today a vegan could eat it and it wouldn’t count as cheating. All rice. They basically sell rice thats just flavored with tiny bits of what you ordered. If I ordered a burrito without rice what would happen? Lol
Seriously tho a 15 dollar burrito should have MORE THAN RICE IN IT. It seems like a scam. They straight robbed me.

Visited here for lunch today, Hannah and her team were amazing! Very friendly and great service! There was a female in front of us that had an allergy, Hannah and her team quickly changed over the pans and followed their correct protocols! Great things don’t go unseen, keep up the great work!

Stopped by the new Chipotle in Piqua a few hours before close, hoping for something decent. What I got was… about what I expected, but somehow still disappointing. The line moved slower than a dial-up connection, and everything in the pans looked like it had been sitting there since lunch just waiting for retirement.
I went with the Carne Asada, which turned out to be the bottom-of-the-pan special — a little dry, a little sad, and definitely not worth the “premium” price. The whole setup just needed a good stir and maybe a pep talk.
Not the worst Chipotle I’ve had, but for what you pay, you kind of hope the food and service would show a bit more life. It’s new, so I’ll give them time to figure it out… but right now it’s giving more “meh” than “mmm.”

The First two times we ordered everything was great. Tonight we ordered crunchy tacos, they were soft and soggy. The barbacoa was dry and stringy. No chips, no guacamole, charged for corn salsa and didnt get any. The burrito was mostly rice. They sent queso, but what’s the point with no chips? Not really happy. Too expensive for the mess that we got.

I always come in and i haven’t had any complaints about the food. I came in to order after work one day and this girl with the red and black hair was busy with one guy in front of me which I understood and im always nice to food workers because i am a server at cracker barrel and i understand. she looked frustrated and when it was my turn she rolled her eyes at me like I was an inconvenience and said “what can I get you” in a rude way. I got my order and I left. This time I ordered online because after work I just want to grab and go. And once im here for my order and it’s the same girl that rolled her eyes at me from last time And shes like I’m waiting on chicken its going to be a hot minute. IN A RUDE WAY AGAIN. I could’ve gotten a different meat if it was that of a big deal. And if you hate working here then quit you don’t have to work here.
