Whether you’re woke or not, Chipotle has something for everyone. It’s one of the few places in town that offers vegan food. Workers are careful about cleanliness, always changing gloves. And the store makes it easy to recycle. My kids, who are omnivores, love the food, too. It’s one of the few places in town we can compromise on.

I go here sometimes late at night after work and the staff is always very nice, and my food is always put together very well. And the restaurant looks nice and smells like browned seasoned meat.

I was very happy and impressed with this locations customer service!! Last night I had placed a pickup order through the chipotlane and received my confirmation. When I got there though their system didn’t receive it. They told me since I had my confirmation and sent it to the right place I could go in and they’d make my food. When I explained to the worker though that I had 2 young children with me, he was very understanding and took my order at the window and got me taken care of! Customer service was absolutely top knotch when technology failed!!

Great experience and great food. Very clean place. Love the flavors of lemonade. Employees were very helpful when I wasn’t sure what I wanted and gave me suggestions that were amazing. My whole family is hooked now. Even my 94 year old grandma.

When I stepped through the door, I was impressed with the cleanliness of the place. I was greeted very courteously, and process moved efficiently along the way. To show the level of care that the employee behind the counter had for the customer, the lady in front of me felt like she did not get enough rice in her bowl, although she got the standard amount. The woman behind the counter did not argue with her at all, but simply gave her an extra spoonful in each bowl. Rice is cheap, customers are priceless. Would definitely return.

Something changed from when this location first opened….When this location first opened it was 10/10 on point with Chipotle’s standards. Fast Forward to the last 3 times I’ve gone, 3 CONSECUTIVE times… 1st time: Brown Rice not cooked all the way. 2nd time: Brown Rice not cooked all the way, the lime and salt was clearly missing from the guacamole making it super bland, and the chips were stale. 3rd time which was on 12/27, Brown Rice not cooked right *yeah, again*, guacamole lackingggg ingredients for sure 100%, and most dissapointing the steak (the new one) was so chewy and undercooked over 50% of it had to be spit out, oh & also their pop machine wasn’t working right. Makes me so sad cause I love Chipotle, but with 3 bad visits in a row costing 45+ dollars in total, I won’t be wasting my money and returning to this location anytime soon. 🙁

Wife and I decided to give them a try. She got a bowl and I got a burrito to go. Drove the seven minutes to get home, sat down and took a bite of my burrito, completely cold. Rice, chicken, even the fajita veggies were cold.
