Chipotle always reminds me why I don’t eat there often. Ordered takeout and the bowl was half full. There was more cheese and sour cream than chicken and rice. I used to enjoy the fact that you got large portions for what you paid for. Now it’s half of that for more.

Ordered two fajita bowls. Rice was crunchy, meat was I hunks and not cut, no fajita veggies. Placed our bag in something wet and by the time we got to the car the bag ripped. Staff was rude and was complaining about how behind they were. Chipotle, you need to do better. Best part of the meat was the chips and salsa. How sad is that!

Good in person but everytime, literally everytime I order via door dash my order is missing a topping I’ve had so many issues door dash won’t do anything about it. This order was missing lettuce and fajita veggies as always
Update 2/15 : missing fajita veggies, corn, lettuce and it was barely any meat just a bowl full of rice this is unbelievable. I think I’ve had enough I won’t even attempt ordering via the app anymore

Absolutely horrible experience. DO NOT RECOMMEND. When i walked it. Thats when i should’ve left. It smelled horrible. The floors were covered in old food and dirty napkins and the tables weren’t cleaned. The bathrooms smelled DISGUSTING. The staff was extremely rude. This guy named John was making my familys food and he was so rude to us all. He was throwing the tortillas around. He was throwing his hands in the air because i had more people on my order. Which i don’t understand why you would give me attitude when theres like 5 more people behind my family. Then the girl at the register was just lazy. She just watched everyone work while she just walked around the store. Dont you think you should clean instead of just sitting? I will never be returning. The staff was horrible. The quality of the food was also disgusting. The sour scream was straight liquid and had weird purple stuff in it. Im extremely disappointed.

If I could give zero stars I would. Question in this pic does that look like extra chicken extra white rice? This bowl cost me $11 this location is a joke! I constantly have issues ordering online with food being consistent and getting what I order not to mention it’s NEVER ready on time! I stopped ordering for a long time because of this. Ridiculous!

I ordered a double meat bowl to go and this is what I got, the service is horrible here. A bowl that was half done and a bag of chips with maybe a handful like come on and you wonder y you are a 3.7 rating and I work across the street differently not recommending this place

DONT ORDER ONLINE HERE! The food they use for making online orders is different than the food they serve walk in customers. The food they use for online orders is noticeably old and not fresh, like night and day difference. The chicken I got was clearly made yesterday with how chewy and dry it was. Also, they just mix all the salsas????? I ordered corn salsa and got Mild salsa mixed in with it as well????? Also wanted sour cream and got none????? I come here regularly and never a problem this bad. Probably never coming back .
