First time I had a pick up order here, lady handed me a ripped bag with my food and soda inside. If I hadn’t caught it all of my meal would’ve been on the ground. Nonetheless, pretty quick pick up service. Location is convenient, not far from my job. Food is decent, portions are excellent.

Management is amazing! Everyone was so friendly! Line moved quickly. They are not skimming portion. All the employees were working great as a team! I didn’t see anyone standing around. This may just be the go to chipotle for me from now on! I wish they’d bring carne asada back please but this store gets a perfect score from me and my colleague that was with me had a great experience also! Great team shows great management. Keep up the great work!!

I have ordered online many of times. Most of the time it’s wrong or it’s just Not a good size burrito. I keep telling myself I will never order from here, but it’s the closest one we have to our house. I don’t know what the problem is, but The portion size for a $12 burrito really is embarrassing. It’s just way too expensive to get what we receive.

“Out of guac” at 8:30pm and restaurant didn’t close until 11pm. Told them I would wait around just so they would make guacamole. You could tell they didn’t want to. Also, the cashier was on his phone the entire time I was checking out and waiting for the guacamole to be made. Terrible customer service.

We order from here almost weekly (app/pickup). I just want to ask you to PLEASE STOP OVERCOOKING THE CHIPS! It is without fail. They taste like unsalted popcorn. Most of the time our bowls are good but this past Friday it was the saddest bowl I’ve ever gotten. Probably was only half full. #qualitycontrolissues

Best Chipotle around. Always seem to have full staff. Employees appear happy, kind, and move the line quickly. Not once have I had an incorrect order or issue here. Often I’ll go out of my way just because I feel like this is cleaner and better than other locations nearby. Totally recommend!

A bowl with a scoop and a half of rice. A pinch of fajita mix ( all onion no bell peppers ,for cost cutting) double meat a table spoon of salsa pinch of lettuce and a dash of cheese. $18. No drink, chips, queso, guacamole, and the bowl was still half empty. No nothing just a bowl. It’s almost all rice.. 18$ almost told them I’m not paying that and walked out. Will not be back. I’m expecting a typical corporate response that tells you to contact them and then they don’t respond. Just figured people should know. The picture doesn’t look great but I assure you it’s almost all rice

This is the second I ordered for pickup, I asked for corn salsa, fajita veggies and extra sour cream. They didn’t add any of these items and I paid full price. May be we should be opening box every time to check if the items were added right. Shame on this location to cheat customers.

I work in the area and will normally go to another restaurant, I wanted something different and visited Chipotle. This food is by far the absolute worst food I’ve ever had. A coworker picked up the order and I paid for extra protein, it was not received, extra veggies, nope hardly any at all, the food was disgustingly thrown together and was cold. There were beans spillage all over the place. The food was so disgusting I threw it in the trash. This is a testament to the service and employees who would even serve food to anyone like this. I’m furious that I even wasted money at this location.

it seems like they leave one guy to run everything. when i came in, someone ran up front, off the back line, to wash his hands and take my order. another employee, who was sitting in the dining area, picked up his hat off a table and decided to come back to the counter to help, but i still wasn’t greeted until a while after entering. after starting my bowl, in a rush, they told me that they were out of steak and it would be a 20 minute wait. they decided to add that that’s what they were doing before i walked in, as if it was somehow my fault. i said i would wait for steak for my bowl and the employee who was sitting in the dining area went to sit back down in the dining area. one nice employee, who seemed to be on her break, asked me if i was waiting on an order. shoutout to her. when i finally got my order, they rushed through it so fast, i couldn’t ask for extra rice or steak. i feel bad for the guy doing all the work, but sacrificing the customer service aspect so that half the staff can sit in the dining room is not a great tradeoff.
