I eat chiptole at least once a week maybe even twice but today I went to two different locations. One location was out of rice and was a 30 mins wait had no chimichurri then the second location I had a piece of plastic in my food i damn near swallowed it and chocked. And they also didnt have any vinaigrette. I reached out to customer service and I am definitely waiting on a response.

Absolutely unacceptable. The rice was musty, pasty, and downright disgusting. The food was cold, the portion was a joke for the price, and it was completely inedible. My coworker and I had no choice but to throw it away and skip lunch. I’ve never written a bad review before, but this place earned it. Total waste of money. This was 02/05/25. I had already sent a message to management but I pretty sure they don’t even care.

As this was 31 dec Evening I thought i will have a bowl with chicken n all , while the server was filling my bown I found all the meat was heavily burnt, I asked the server girl , she said no its ok . She packed the bowl and I came back to my hotel back , thought i will have great evening, but when i started eating food, found the chicken was heavily burnt and can’t eat that , instead chewed like a bubble gum, and dumped the whole bowl as it was not eatable, she could have told me to other outlets

Let me just say that I know this establishment makes way too much money for the lack of work these people do. This is by far the laziest Chipotle I have ever visited. If you want to pick up your food from the app, be ready to be kept waiting as they don’t leave the food on the pickup stand you have to go up to the counter and ask in person. There will be a hoard of employees who all know you’re simply waiting for your food they will talk amongst themselves pretend you’re not there, and after an uncomfortable amount of time one of six employees will finally look in your direction and pretend like they didn’t keep you waiting. I know that most of the employees are college age and do not get paid enough, but just give me my food. I should not have to stand waiting for you to finish your conversation. I should not have to shout or yell for your attention. If you want to keep the food by the prep station, fine. But when a customer comes up don’t ignore them while half the team is in the back cracking jokes and acting like they don’t see you.

I love this style of food. I usually get the exact same thing every time I go to Chipotle. (Which is not too often, maybe once a month. If I’m feeling wild, three times) I feel like the prices have stayed pretty much the same as long as I’ve been going here. I usually get a bowl with chicken as the protein and a side of Chips and guac.(I love those chips) My order is usually just under $15. They fill the bowl up pretty good, I usually have to save some for later. I will say that lately I’ve had really good customer service interactions here. If I had one issue to name, it would be the cleanliness of the lobby and outdoor seating space. It’s usually not so clean when I go in, so I usually take my food to go.

Today, I had the pleasure of visiting a renowned, nationwide Mexican grill restaurant, Chipotle. Many had recommended this eatery to me, including SP, a former Culinary Operations Manager (COM) of a Cincinnati branch restaurant. Surprisingly, CA, a member of the upper class, expressed his interest in accompanying me to lunch and went as far as to state “I’ll eat whatever you eat”. As per my usual routine, I placed my order online one hour prior for a swift and easy pickup.
Upon arriving at the restaurant, I was met with a bustling crowd of customers. Taking a moment to survey the interior, I was struck by the bright and fresh ambiance that enveloped the space. The floor and ceiling employed a dark and warm color scheme, effectively maximizing the space horizontally. Tables and chairs were arranged thoughtfully, creating an illusion of spaciousness. The counter was tucked away, and the online order shelf, which I had been looking for, was conveniently located nearby. Three female staff members manned the counter, and it was safe to assume that there were more in the kitchen. A lively yet subtle background music played at low volume. As I left the restaurant with my order in hand, already packaged and waiting for me on the shelf, I sensed all eyes upon me as I took photographs for this review. My order was neatly contained within a generic paper tote bag, accompanied by eating utensils and some napkins.
Now, let’s discuss the food. I ordered the Burrito Bowl, which was brimming with brown and white rice, pinto and black beans, half carnitas and half sofritas, fresh tomato salsa, roasted chili-corn salsa, tomatillo-red chili salsa, fajita veggies, and a bottle of Blackberry Izze. The food was presented in a beautiful wax paper bowl with an aluminum lid, a uncommon sight at a fast-food establishment. As I opened the container, a delicious and fresh aroma wafted out. A bed of romaine lettuce sat atop the dish, evoking the imagery of a verdant summer morning meadow. Upon taking the first bite, I was pleasantly surprised by the mild yet flavorful taste. The veggies were fresh and crunchy, and the
carnitas was lightly seasoned, but the flavor didn’t make much of an impression. The sofritas, although the taste and texture was overshadowed by the other ingredients, still served as a source of plant-based protein, which was appreciated. The fajita, however, was an absolute standout, with the seared savory flavor and fleshy texture. Though it was limited in quantity, each bite was savored. The sauces added a bit of spiciness, but I enjoyed the occasional pang on my tongue, which aided in enhancing the mild flavors. When the spiciness became too much to handle, the Blackberry Izze came to the rescue, providing a light, refreshing taste.
For my snack, I opted for a Burrito filled with brown rice, pinto beans, black beans, steak, fresh tomato salsa, tomatillo-red chili salsa, and romaine lettuce. The Burrito arrived in a massive wrap, which initially made it a bit challenging to eat. With the guidance of my former Chipotle COM and upper-class acquaintance, I finally learned the proper technique for consuming a burrito. Although the wrap was thin and the filling a bit loose, all the ingredients blended well together. The diced steak added a much-needed savory flavor to the bite, creating a more harmonized flavor. This time around, the burrito leaned more towards the sweet side, eliminating the need for spiciness.
As for CA, he opted for a Burrito Bowl with a white rice, tender chicken, fresh tomato salsa, roasted chili-corn salsa, tomatillo-red chili salsa, cheese, and sour cream. After finishing his meal in a private area reserved solely for the elite , he returned simply stated, “I like chicken,” leaving me pondering the thoughts and preferences of the upper class.
I will definitely be back for more, and I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a delicious and affordable meal.

I’d certainly much rather be stuck in super glue, wearing a straight jacket.. in a motel closet.. The food is okay, but for the price of the entire family to eat, You better have Your spouse and children well prepared to starve for the rest of the week, unless You’re raking in the big bucks! Even the service provided wasn’t a plus for the experience as a whole!
