This is the slowest chipotle I’ve EVER been to in my life… For one the door has sloppy notes saying card only. It was literally less than 20 people in line, I’ve been in line for 20 minutes now. The man preparing the food, beard, red/blonde hair lowkey bald keeps talking over the food. Like having full Irrelevant conversations to the customers like one lady was pregnant he explained to her he got two boys just too much talking over the food…. The counter is nasty where you check out at full of food crumbs. I’m literally still in line waiting to be served and I’m already done with my review. Unbelievable lmao

So it was delicious until I found this. Appears to be a piece of plastic from a package.. maybe from cutting the corner? Cutting corners, Chipotle?? Seriously, please work on this. Someone really could’ve gotten hurt here and I’m not partial to having my already discounted dinner ruined.

The food is good (when its right) and the front door is difficult to get open!
My son only likes cheese on his tacos. This causes confusion and difficulties everytime we order in person. Nobody knows how to ring it up and we are typically just charged for chicken tacos. No worries but I find it hard to believe my child is the only child to ever order just cheese on their taco ♀️
When ordering online it is physically impossible to get a cheese only taco.
All in all I do enjoy the food from Chipotle… especially the queso!

UPDATING MY REVIEW FOR THE WORST..
I will no longer be eating at The Delhi Chipotle.
I ate there 3 to 5 times a week. The staff knows me by name and I know many of them. They know my order.
With that being said, I no longer am going to be spending my money at places that don’t value me or my business.
I am amazed at how quickly this restaurant went down hill. From the food to the rudeness of employees to the nasty floors, dining area and bathrooms. They have to be under new management because I know for a fact this stuff wouldn’t fly.
The eye rolling is overwhelming here. Even shift supervisors act like your presence is unbearable.
I always ask for extra corn salsa so they will do 2 half spoons like I’m not able to see what they’re doing.
When they do that I just then ask for an extra side cup.t to be my favorite restaurant in Delhi.

This place has gone seriously downhill with customer service! I ordered from the app and asked for 2 sides of pico with 2 bags of chips, with a bowl for me and burrito for my husband, and spent about $35… The manager asked my name, and said shes working on it now, then handed me my order about 2 min later. I get home and this is what I got for pico. The chips and pico are my favorite part of eating at that place. I even drove back and said this is enough for about 4 chips, the manager said it’s only supposed to be 1 oz…. in a 3oz cup? I told her these containers are always filled any other time I order it… Anyway, I can ask for extra pico on anything without being charged, so since I drove there you would think I would be offered at least 1 more… nope.
Then when I get home AGAIN I start eating the bowl I had just ordered and and the bowl was missing the grilled veggies…so I drove back up there and showed them. That same manager said “we have no way of telling you when we’re out of something on the app”…I said ” ma’am, you literally handed me my order as soon as you finished it. Seemed like the perfect opportunity to tell me that my order wouldn’t be right, and it would have avoided my second trip up here after receiving my food”… so I had to eat cold food and enjoyed a couple chips with pico. Definitely won’t be going back to the delhi location.

I have had chipotle so many times. But the food itself is a little sloppy. Also this place is pretty understaffed. Don’t even think of just walking in to get your food. I would suggest ordering online. But even when you do order online it takes over 30 minutes.

The chicken and steak was burnt the lettuce was brown nasty the vegetables looked old like they had been setting out for days the chips for sale the salsa was too spicy overpowered the guacamole and was very grayish Brown looking took my order back up there since I had to deliver it to my work and they would not refund my money would not replace it nothing manager was very rude and nasty

This place is absolutely disgusting food and trash everywhere very unclean seemed they had a full crew but obviously no one does anything and on one seems to care and per usual they are always out of stuff we did go in late tonight so I can see being out of things but have been in earlier in the day and they were out of stuff but regardless late or not it should not be that messy very unsanitary the health department needs to pay them a suprise visit and shut it down!
