I have mixed feelings about this location. The food is always great quality and fully loaded but I have a major issue with them when it comes to ordering quesadillas. My daughter is a picky eater and her favorite food in the world in chipotles quesadillas but this location is hit or miss if they are willing to make them or give me a hard time about it. It takes longer to argue about it than it would to make it. One person coming in can order 3 things from a list and hold up the line but my daughter can’t get a quesadilla. I even have her go ahead of me in line so they can throw it in while they make my bowl and have no slowdown. It is very annoying and stressful the anxiety and stress I feel when my daughter begs to go to her favorite restaurant and I have to wonder going in are we going to be disappointed and my daughter upset or will she get her favorite food will I treat her for a good week of school or will she be depressed who knows up to the employees… also I was once accused and yelled at for putting soda in a water cup even though it was water and when I proved it to them they didn’t even apologize but I have seen a table of customers vaping in the middle of the restaurant and they say nothing.

Had a hell of a time with the app today, not sure why. I was so frustrated I couldnt think of any words to say HOWEVER The chipotlane employee was incredibly helpful and got me right and my order the way I was expecting so I can fuel my brain tonight before family shows up at the house tomorrow. Edit: I was given a Chipotle gift card so I decided to get some, once again against my better judgement. I ordered a burrito and the guy behind the counter was nice, but he so haphazardly and sloppily through my burrito together. 2 spoonfuls of rice, beans and chicken just slung onto the tortilla, with some salsa and sour cream in cheese. Why 2 spoonfuls? Just use one! I don’t need this to be two meals. By the time he was done it was the size of a football and he again haphazardly wrapped it all up. It wasn’t closed, and was leaking food, making it near impossible to eat. As I was eating it, I bit into something hard as a rock, not even sure what it was and lucky I didn’t break my teeth on it. I remember when Chipotle first came around in the early 2000s and it was so good. It’s not even close to what it once was. It’s trash, and now they are gonna raise prices again. It’s unreal how terrible the food is and how their employees can’t make an edible burrito and they just don’t care one single bit. I am done with Chipotle and especially this location. Even if someone gives me another gift card, I am not using it because their food is trash. I threw that burrito away and didn’t even eat half of it.
