We arrived at 7:25. We waited in a 15 minute line then were told it would be 5 minutes to cut the steak and 20 for chicken. We wanted steak so we waited. At 8:10, 45 minutes later, they asked if we were fine with chicken. The workers were chatting it up, not doing their job. Many customers left. The take out was backed up. We didn’t wanna wait so we left too. Horrible experience.

It never fails if they have lettuce they don’t have cheese. Not only that but the communication across the restaurant yelling “30 minute wait for cheese” insane. I work in food industry and come on, is just not what you would of expected from Chipotle.

I order the salad cause it’s suppose to come w/ honey vinaigrette. Not only do they charge me extra EVERY SINGLE TIME, THEY DONT EVEN PUT THE SAUCE IN THE BAG! 3 times I’ve been charged and no sauce. Customer service is no help. Help on app is useless. Don’t go to thìs location and if you do, check your receipt. I unfortunately got mine delivered thru the app so driver didnt check. (Nor is the dashers job)

Rating 1 star for customer service, I do food reviews and specifically went there for the red Chimichurri Sauce for my youtube. I was given vinaigrette i went back and the cashier said I asked for vinaigrette, like how are you going to argue with me when the main reason for me going was to try the new Sauce. I know i didn’t say vinaigrette I dont even like vinaigrette.

Hands down the worst location I’ve been to. Never pays attention to special instructions when ordering online and staff seems careless. Also 8/10 times they are out of vinaigrette when the employees are just sitting around!

Absolutely hate the app only version of ordering. It takes very long time to prepare it. Third store in the area that went digital orders only. I asked the store manager why they closed the line. She said b/c of Covid. Really? This wasn’t a problem 2-6 months ago. I like to see exactly what they are putting in my bowl. Who knows what happens behind that curtain. The orders always wrong and short on ingredients. This is how extra cheese and lettuce looks like… a joke.

The service here is terrible. The people behind the counter are rude, disinterested and act as if you’re a bother to them. Furthermore, you get rice, they give you a tiny scoop. They give you tiny scoops of chicken too, then you have to ask for a little more and they charge double when it wasn’t a full portion to begin with. I’m not some 300 lb person either but they clearly aren’t giving the moneys worth. Then ultimately it cost like $15 for one burrito that you waited on for over 30 mins EVERY TIME. Go to another location, you will be happy you did. And to the kids behind the counter I just gotta say, fix the attitude. You’ll go nowhere treating ANYONE like that.

Alright I have tried to give this place a couple tries but it’s just not meant to be. There is usually a problem every time I have come. A list of the problems include:
-Chip fryer down (no chips)
-credit card readers not working
-food not relaxed on line which extended wait times
-Soda machines not working
Also overall the staff is not the friendliest. Tried coming in being positive with them but it’s meant with a “leave as fast as you came in” mentality.
I think I am done with this location for a while.

On many occasions I have been there well before close (one at 9pm) and they where out of cheese, white rice, Pico, beans chips and quac and both chicken. I definitely understand if it was a few minutes before close but at 9 is ridiculous! I used to work at chipotle and we would put protein on grill even if we where close to close. Chips and quac are also understanding closer to close since they do take more time. But out of cheese and rice?! I said I’d wait for more protein to be grilled and they said the person who ran the grill was on break.. that’s just poor planning. I keep trying to give them benefit of the doubt and maybe where having a bad day but alas they keep missing the mark!.
