Doordasher POV:
The store was clean. Reasonably busy. Employees worked well together and helped customers promptly. Polite to customers. Pickup was about a 23min wait after arrival. The cashier was very sweet and offered us dashers a fountain drink for the wait. My only critique as a restaurant manager is better communication with dashers. If its going to be 20 mins let us know. It allows us to choose to unassign the order and/or let the customer know about the wait time. Sometimes customers dont tip due to a long wait time.
