Place was filthy. Every table was dirty. I actually asked the kid making my food. Is it always this busy? He said we’re just really short staffed tonight.. He then proceeded to tell us they were out of chips for the night And lettuce. When we got to order our drinks, we ask if they had any more of the non-soda drinks because they’re empty and the girl said no only what’s there. Definitely will not be going back!! Employees were definitely busy and working I don’t want this to sound that way. But Place was in a wheelchair and there were not enough employees there… How do you run out of chips and lettuce at a chipotle?????

Around 5:45 p.m., my boyfriend and I came in to pick up dinner. While being served, we noticed that the portions of steak and guacamole were smaller than expected. We understand that the location may have been running low on prepped ingredients at the time; however, restocking as needed would help remain consistent portion sizes for customers.

If disappointment had a flavor, it would be whatever Chipotle served me today. I opened my bowl expecting a balanced mix of meat, cheese, and toppings and instead, I found a dairy disaster masquerading as dinner. My entire meal was basically a swamp of sour cream with a token sprinkle of meat and maybe two confused shreds of cheese floating around like survivors of a flavor shipwreck.
To make matters worse, the restaurant itself looked like one of the buildings out of The Last of Us. Most of the tables were dirty, floors unswept, and the space behind the family sized table was covered in dirt and something that resembled the sludge left behind after Hurricane Katrina. It didn’t inspire confidence.
The staff seemed equally unbothered. Detached, unengaged, and apparently unaware that customer service is part of their job description. Very demure, very mindful, very Milford, Ohio fast food. The whole experience felt like a group project where everyone gave up halfway through.
By the end, my bowl looked like someone had whispered the word “protein” over a vat of sour cream and called it a day. Chipotle, I came for a burrito bowl. I left with a more expensive tub of Daisy and unparalleled hunger pains.
So overall, I give this experience a very generous 1 star, primarily because the exit was easy to locate.

This is one of the busiest locations I have been to. The staff keep the line moving quickly and the food is very good.
Update: 3/21/22 I stopped in for lunch on a Monday. Zero wait. I was checked out in about a minute. The staff was getting things done really fast today! 8/13/23 fast and fresh as always at this location! The rice was way too crunchy though. Crunchy chewy rice is unfortunately a recurring problem here.

My advice: DON’T Go there!! I ordered via app to avoid the line. A simple burrito order only. My burrito was completed incorrectly. It was missing all veges, salsa, and has sour cream which I did not order. It also had only a few pieces of chicken for the price of $10!!!! I called chipotle support, it guided me to online help. The chat bot was no help, it only offered a drink as corrective action. When I tried to respond to say that’s not enough because I never buy drink other than water, the bot reset and I had to start over. Then the app said it can no longer help me!! How ridiculous?

Ordered online. Picked it up and both bowl and salad were half of the size they should have been. $10 for each. 5 pieces of chicken in my salad. The chips were also stale. Very disappointed and still hungry. I live halfway between this chipotle and another one so this will be a last visit here for me.
