August 31st 2:00pm This place had the worst customer service. I arrived there about 1:50pm the place was a complete unsanitary and a mess. There was an awful smell in the air that took me by surprise. I told her I was here to pick up an order. The first person I talked to said it would be ready in about 13 minutes. So I sat and waited, and then I went back up there and told them again that I was still waiting, and they seemed really irritable and ticked off, and said that there was no order under that name. They said the person with that name had picked up the order 30 minutes ago, which wasn’t at all possible because my sister had just placed the order 15 minutes ago. They told me to call the person that had placed the order so I did, which was my sister and then I showed them the order confirmation on my phone that she had placed it. They looked at me and gave me a face like I was completely lying and made the whole thing up. Then they told me to go ahead and call someone else to see if they had already picked an order So I made another phone call to make sure no one else picked it up which I already knew 100% no one had. They said they were going to make it, but they were clearly angry with me that I had inconvenienced them. They took an extremely long time to prepare the food. The place was pretty empty. Two other people came in front of me got their orders done almost immediately. I sat there and waited for a long time and they kept giving me dirty looks over and over again. I tried to be friendly and said to one of the staff members that I understand that mistakes will be made but they were completely uncaring and seem very annoyed with me. The women in front of me gave me a dirty expression and said that’s just my face. They all seem to completely hate their jobs! They couldn’t just admit that they messed up the order. Why couldn’t they have been way more understanding and considerate! And made me look like a complete fool! One of the orders just had rice and tortilla. Nothing was labeled. There were no forks no napkins and most of the ingredients were not on mine. Everything was a complete messy. I was extremely disappointed and Angry.

This is consistently the worst Chipotle. Service is rude. Food is never fresh. I received a bag full of broken chips. Save your time and go to the chipotle off of Princeton Glendale road. Their workers are so nice, it’s clean, and food is always fresh!

Picked up a catering order on Friday for 10:45am. Walked in told them the name, they looked like they had no idea about our order we had placed. 15 minutes later of watching them scramble around we got our food. We looked inside and one of the sauces leaked all over everything because there was a hole in the container. We never got tortillas, we had to ask for them. The portions were absolutely laughable because we were in such a rush WE offered to pay for more cheese, corn and chicken and the manager said “I’ll have to call and ask my boss, also I don’t know how to ring that in” after going back and forth we just finally left. We tried to be as nice as we could but over all, terrible customer service. The manager on duty was very polite other than that he didn’t help us get anymore food, even though we were willing to pay more which we shouldn’t have to begin with. After telling my friends, they all shared stories about how this location is terrible. I’ll definitely never be back we were extremely disappointed with everything. Someone tell me how this is enough food for 10 people ?!

I came in on a Sunday around 1:30PM. The line got up to about 4 people. The food was OK, but my burrito was wrapped poorly, and the employee did not offer to rewrap it, despite there being only two people behind me in line.
I was also surprised that an employee cut in line in front of me, before going on their lunch break. While on break, they loudly listened to videos on their phone, which I could hear from about 3-4 tables away. It was occasionally loud enough, I’ sure you’d be able to hear it if our tables were on opposite sides of the store. I see why this location has a three star review. I’m sure it’s hard on the business owner when employees just don’t care.

Everything about this location was TRASH. Food everywhere. Trash all over the floor. Rice was hard as rocks. Too bad i didn’t know the rice was bad UNTIL i got all the way home. If this place closes at 11pm, why does it look like this around 9pm?? They were OUT of so many food items!!!!

Went for lunch today and this place is an absolute mess. There is only 2 people actually working… the other three are too busy hangin in the office. I watched people walk past the gloves and receipts on the floor at least 5 times. Not a single clean table available, no utensils, didn’t have chips or the custom chipotle lemonades, trash completely full… Just wow.

I go here almost every day, and normally the staff and service are phenomenal, but I went today and had one of the worst burritos I’ve ever received. The rice was crunchy, the chicken was barely cooked through, and nothing was seasoned. I’ve been coming to this Chipotle for years, so I know it’s normally great, but today was…blegh.

Go to Chipotle weekly. This Chipotle location is the worst one I have ever been to. Service was bad, felt like I was a burden just being there. The chicken and steak looked like it was burnt and just the leftovers that were scraped off the grill from sticking. Got a sprite and the syrup was completely out so it tasted like carbonated water. Restaurant was very dirty as well.

Worst chipotle location I’ve ever been to. 8 times out of 10 they are out of either white rice or chicken. Only come back to this chipotle because of the convenient location but the service is not good. It’s worth driving the extra 5-10 minutes to another location in the area.

The staff have a very unprofessional and rude attitude. The service is disorganized, and orders are usually ready 15–20 minutes later than the promised time. When you ask the employees when the order will actually be ready, they respond with irritation instead of giving clear information. This creates a very unpleasant experience for customers
