This is ridiculous I ordered two weeks ago and they forgot my cheese. I then try to call their store and it sounded like they unplugged it so I called corporate.So they give me a free entree. Ok good all taken care of right? Nope! I used the free entree today and go figure my meal is messed up again. I don’t order anything extravagant I do meat beans cheese and sour cream…. Easy right? Again wrong. I get my meal with no beans meat corn lettuce and onions with cheese. It even says on the sticker what is supposed to be on it!

This location is very inconsistent with orders. Tonight the chicken bowl was missing the chicken and the tacos were missing both salsas, sour cream and lettuce. I did finally get a refund after trying to call the store, then using the terrible chat bot Pepper and then searching for a 1800 # I finally found.

We surrender!!! No more. Im never eating here again. Labled my child’s kids meal “please no black guac” and they give me the oldest rancid guac they can. Fire everyone, get a new manager, and start over. Spending $40 to feed a family of 4 and still having to cook is wild. This place is straight trash. See photos 14 and 15 of the gallery of grossness for the kids meal.

Okay so another week from the below review and this time all of the avacado was spoiled. Lil inedible and sour. Meals missing food. The dude at the drive through was also incredibly rude and couldn’t be bothered with anything. Close the doors or fire management and start over.
Waited a bit and come back again. Ashton Kutcher must work here with how much people get punked. A half of avacado in a kids meal for the guac and the dressing for a salad was barely enough to coat the bottom of a container. Lmao this place is run by clowns.
Yet another update: you just hate kids when we use the pick up window. You must based on how bad the food always is for kids meals and how you forget everything or barely fill the food. Cmon.
Another update: This time they just didn’t give us food. Like…cmon I know you’re shrinking portions but this is insane.
Update: went again and it’s even worse. Every one of my 4 meals was missing stuff. Not just wrong but not including the stuff that was paid for. Every meal was also covered in old food.
Kids meal boxes, wraps, everything was just dirty so that speaks to how clean the work surfaces must be.
Absolute joke of portions too. I want guac as the protein like give me more then a tablespoon like cmon or on a burrito when I say light sour cream I don’t want to unwrap it and pick up to have it pouring out the bottom.
Place nose dived hard. Staff needs a retrain and I need a refund for ordering out and still having to cook to fill the gaps in chicken they just didn’t include.
Just close the doors if you’re going to steal from the community you want to serve that badly.
Edit 4 stars to 1 : the rice is always crunchy anymore and the pork is so old I wonder if it’s safe to eat. So overdone and old it’s like crunchy hard and translucent. What a disappointment.
Solid 4 stars. 1 out of 5 times my order is just rough or not exactly what you would call fresh. Overall they do a good job though and the burrito bowls are solid so I’ll keep rolling the dice.

Literally go to any other Chipotle, this one be might the worst in the entire area. Food is NEVER ready on time. Waited 50 minutes in the pickup line a few nights ago for four very simple bowls. Then I got a free entree code, cool I’ll use that to make up for the experience. Go to use it today and my order was going to be 30+ minutes late. It’s freaking Chipotle, they have like 12 ingredients to work with and can’t crank out some bowls and burritos. It’s embarrassing. Talked to Customer Service to get my code back (because I never got my food) and they said they couldn’t help me lol. Like what’s customer service for then?
(Edited to say we only went here the first time because it was for a school fundraiser, this is not our top pick (or top 100 pick) for food. Go to Bibbibop or any other great burrito place nearby for better food and better service.)

I would never go back to this location. I made my order and this is what they gave me. Honestly the ranch sauce was practically empty. It looked full until I opend it. Don’t get me started on my bowl idk what they added spinach instead of salad. I am allergic to spinach. I was not able to eat my food. This is honestly probably the we’re location.I will never be going back.There’s always an issue when I get there, today is the final straw

Unfortunately Chipotle as a company has gone way down hill. I haven’t had a good experience in the past 10 times I have picked up Chipotle.
I ordered 07/25/25 from this location and knew before opening the bowl it was wrong; it was that light I could feel it. Upon opening my suspicions were confirmed. paid for double chicken and got less than a single portion of chicken – 3.35 ounces to be exact, yes I weighed it. On top of that they didn’t put either salsa on my order. My wife had ordered separately and she also got an insanely small portion.

I order online & do Chipotlane, they’re fairly consistent, but be sure to check the freshness of guac. (Should be bright green, not olive colored)
While it’s a bit pricey, it seems like a better option than other fast food places & I usually get 2 meals out of 1. The chicken & barbacoa are delicious. Guac is best. Chips- here lately have been lacking on freshness and/or lime salt. (Seems like 3 chips in the bag have clumps of the lime salt)
I haven’t been disappointed by the salads, love that they have a spinach/ green leaf combo.

My pick up time was 12:30. Got there and got a notification my order was delayed and then 2 minutes later got confirmation it was ready. Now I see why. Cant tell if someone working got hungry and took some bites or just half asses my order. Not to mention they forgot my sour cream
