Went in on the night before Thanksgiving. No preparation was in place, no cheese, steak, etc. extra food tossed all over the counter. There was no sense of urgency or hospitality towards customers. Also the cashier and another worker was arguing over food and in front of customers. This location is very unprofessional!

Can’t get enough of you guys. Always solid food and good interactions. Will be coming back time and time again. Friendly staff and clean restrooms, tables could use a better wipe down timer or something to make sure they atleast get hit with a sanny rag real quick. I am at the point of going out of my way to visit a different location because this specific location consistently struggles with cleanliness. Despite trying to overlook these issues in the past, they have become impossible to ignore. The trash cans are frequently overflowing, the assembly prep line is rarely wiped down, and the dining tables are almost always dirty. It is clear that management is not prioritizing basic upkeep or hygiene standards.

Did not receive my chips I ordered to go with the large chips and guacamole that I had asked for. I did not realize until I returned to work. I was only charged for the guacamole. Had nothing to eat my guacamole with. Rice was undercooked and hard. Soft taco shells were hard. Customer service did not honor anything because I was charged for guacamole only. I will not eat here again. The place was empty during lunch hours. I see why now.

The food was fine. But the lady who was making my bowl made me feel really like I was begging for food. I would ask for chicken as my meat and she gave me a small half scoop. I didnt bring it up because I didnt want to be charged an obscene amount for double chicken. However when I asked for extra fajitas which is my favorite part of the bowl itself she gave me about a half tang amount. So I asked for more, when I say she gave me an individual extra onion sliver im not overexadurating. And I asked for more fajitas again. And again. Until I had like a single tang worth. I shouldn’t be made to feel like im begging for food that im paying too much for.

I was avoiding this location because of the past reviews, but this is the best Chipotle location I’ve been to in a long time! Rice was cooked, chicken was good , everything was good! The other locations either had undercooked rice, atmosphere dirty, workers are careless . Please keep up the good work at this location!

I visited this location with my family, and when employees noticed the line forming, they stepped away from the service area. We waited approximately 15 minutes for staff to return, but no one did. Eventually, all customers waiting to place an order, including us left. If this is how customer service is handled, it raises concerns about the overall level of care given to food preparation and service.

Avoid this location like the plague. I will drive out of my way to go to any location besides this one.
The general manager and almost all other employees stand around laughing and talking to each other, essentially seeming like they’re playing rock, paper, scissor to see who has to work. Takes a constant 2-3 minutes per customer, just terrible service all around.
Thank goodness for Qdoba. I have been totally turned off to chipotle thanks to this location. Makes me feel like I need to put in an application and help turn it back around myself, at this point.
