I was there the other night with my family and the staff was amazing, the food was fresh and looked so good! The store was clean and the girl that was there managing that night was so super sweet ! She made our experience so much better ! She had brown hair and clear glasses! Super sweet girl! She definitely deserves a shoutout! This place has definitely turned around from a few months ago! I will be back again!

It has been a very long time since I’ve eaten at a Chipotle Mexican Grill. We were traveling home and thought we’d give this restaurant a try. We had no idea how to enter the restaurant. We queued for about 5 minutes and the server had suggested only one vegetarian option (plant based). We decided to get a rice & bean bowl, chips and salsa and two drinks. The meal cost approximately $25. The interior of the restaurant was dirty. Salsa was on the floor and the tables were dirty. We had to clean off our own seats. The chips were bland and thin. They used to be flavorful, but not now. I never opened the salsa. The rice bowl was marginally acceptable and did not look appetizing. I could not find the salad in my rice bowl, but I was told it was in there. Have you ever eaten something and then immediately said to yourself if you could throw up, you would feel better than what you had just eaten? About 5 hours later in Michigan, I still have heartburn and regret our decision to eat at this restaurant. I will probably never return to another Chipotle.

Usually never have a problem with this location, but I haven’t visited it in years. I am pregnant and was looking forward to my meal Everything was great until I noticed pieces of paper in my food and now everybody is just paper. Paid 20 bucks in total just for some disappointment and worries.

There were multiple issues with the experience at this chipotle this evening. The most significant issue was the cleanliness of the facility itself. Each table, floor, and surface appeared not to have been cleaned for the entirety the day; food, and trash everywhere. They were out of tomato’s, and all of the food was dry and had to of been sitting out for quite some time. The fountain drink machine was out of multiple sodas. The bathrooms were out of toilet paper. Only one person was working the front while the other three employees were standing around in the back of the store. When things were brought to their attention, a lackadaisical eye roll was the only response noted. Lastly, the bills were rang up incorrectly. This was the most dismal experience that I have had a a chipotle, and I will never return to this location again.

The issue I experienced was the lack of lettuce as they were out. I ordered the steak bowl and allwent other ingredients were very good. I wanted a receipt and was told the printer wasn’t working. The place was clean and the employees were very nice and the line went quickly.

I recently visited this Chipotle with a friend who was trying it for the first time, and he absolutely loved it! This location is one of the best I’ve been to. The portions were generous, and the food was fresh and flavorful. The atmosphere was very pleasant, It made for a great first time experience for my friend, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this spot if you’re a fan of Chipotle!

This location is terrible. I used to order food from here all the time but that stops now. I ordered a CHICKEN burrito through the app today and I got my order delivered through door dash. I got about 1/4 of the way through the burrito and there was no NO CHICKEN IN IT! Seriously?! This is ridiculous. Half the time I order chips and guac for my daughter and I either don’t get the chips, or I don’t get the guac. I will going to the Chipotle in Liberty from now on because this location obviously doesn’t give a shit.

Ordered for pickup while in line at Cascade car wash down the road. They had my order ready right on time, everything was correct including the sides, the person at pickup was friendly and smiled and the food was delicious. Couldn’t ask for more!

Waited a couple of days to post this because it’s negative. Stopped in. They were out of a lot of stuff. Asked for brisket, the kid scraped the sides of the bowl. Not one actual piece of meat. Asked if he had more ready to come out. Left us standing for 5 minutes, said he added more. We didn’t see it. Out of guac. Again, scraped side of bowl no nothing in it but liquid. Tried to overcharge us for guac and got nasty when we said no, that’s part of the vegetarian. Got real snitty when he found out he was wrong. There was no ice in the ice machine. Every table was nasty with chunks of garbage everywhere. The floor under tables nasty is covered with chunks of food. The manager was dressed like she slept in her clothes. Sweat pants and nasty stained sweatshirt. Her hair definitely hadn’t been brushed since she rolled out of bed. Looked like it hadn’t been washed in a week. She came out and slowly rambled around. Not one word to emps about state of nasty unstocked restaurant. Definitely no physical help offered to them. To the owners, if you give a crap about your investment, you might want to get new managers that can take a bath before they come to work. That can lead employees and understand about keeping the items stocked and the restaurant clean. This is ridiculous. Paying you $24 plus for two servings is outrageous. But asking for that in a restaurant that is run like you’ve stopped to eat at the nasty cousins house that has 15 unruly kids running around is not doable.

This is the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. We waited in line for 20 minutes, when we did get our order taken, the staff was so rude. On top of that, we dined in, and all the tables were dirty and sticky. To put the icing on the cake, the rice was undercooked and SO CRUNCHY.
