Do not go here after 7PM. The last 3 times I’ve come in at night, they have been out of cheese, sour cream, and chips. The guac is brown. Everything they have looks dried out and disgusting. This is the 3rd consecutive time I’ve come in, and then had to go elsewhere. Why stay open “later” but stop prepping the food? This location is awful, I will not be back. Go to taco bell.

I went in on Saturday night around 7:30pm got 2 bowls to go and the first bowl was half rice, the second bowl they were out of steak and red salsa so I got barbacoa and when I ask for guacamole only got half a spoon full since they were running out of it too. I might understand if this happened around closing but this was dinner time and they were half out of everything and not making anymore. I won’t eat here again.

Ate here on Saturday night @7:30pm (dinner). Staff was not welcoming, acting like they hated their job. I order a bowl as I normal would. Now I expect them to make a bed of rice on the bottom of the bowl instead she fills full of rice and when I go to get more on the bowl she didn’t have enough room. I then find out that there out of multiple ingredients at Dinner Time! I feel this was the worst experience I’ve had at chipotle

Been coming here since they opened and have tried to be optimistic but the crew working 10/24 was terrible. First I walk in as the only customer and they didn’t greet me or even say a word for 5 minutes. The only person that seemed like they cared to be here was the cook in the back who was getting visibly annoyed by his coworkers lack of care. As the girl came up to make my burrito she couldn’t stop talking to her coworker and didn’t even greet me or apologize for the wait. Instead she tells me “they are out of pico.” At the end of the line she tells me they are also out of cheese but she “can walk to the prep area and grab some more if I really want it.” Well yeah I would appreciate if you grab the prepped cheese like you are supposed to. I never leave reviews but I’m done with this location.

I had the absolute best experience with Sydney. She was kind, patient, and took the time to properly make my order. I’ve been to this Chipotle many times and have always noticed how calm and respectful she is, even with the line out the door. It’s worth coming to this location for her.

This is supposed to be 3 chicken tacos. Wasn’t the delivery drivers fault, as I thought my wife had ordered a burrito. Not the first time the lebanon store has messed our order up. They have made it almost impossible to talk to a human about it as well.
5 months later. Order was wrong again for the 3rd time. Barely any chicken on any of our meals. Kids are missing sour cream, mine was ice cold, wife had no chicken. Last time is the best time to quit. Want to support local franchises, but no more.

Avoid this particular one. Always out of main ingredients… staff just watching the line guy crash and burn instead of helping. Cook chillin with AirPods singing into the food. Def go drive through if anything… inside is a joke.

Ordered online, got extra rice, corn, cheese, and sour cream. I also got double meat. My bowl was barely over 3/4 of the way covering the bottom! Ridiculous. Paying $17 for just about no food is consumer theft at this point!
