Do not order through door dash app and expect anything in return. I had a gift card gifted to me and decided to order chipotle with my gift card using door dash and i order my bowl and almost all of the ingredients as in Quac, Extra meat, Queaso blanco, beans, hot red and even more were missing from my order online. If you do not have the ingredients i’d much rather have my order canceled then half way and not enjoy my meal. Chipotle is very lazy when it comes to attention to details on late orders and give very small portions on mobil order even tho you still pay extra.

Portion sizes are terrible. They take advantage of the fact you aren’t standing in front of them as they prepare your food. I placed an online order for a double steak bowl with white rice and queso. . The burrito bowl I got wasn’t worth the $18.30 they charged for it and it’s absurd that they charge you for something you won’t get. As a busy mom who appreciates the online ordering option, I will never use it again. It’s sad that you can’t trust a company to give you what they charge you for.

Just picked up my order. My wife’s bowl had a nice long hair in it and I had 2-3 small pieces of chicken in each of my tacos. And the guac container wasn’t full. Guess I’ll go to other locations from here on out.

Portion sizes at this location are a joke. They definitely make sure you don’t get your money’s worth. The amount of meat, rice, cheese, and toppings my son’s received on his $10 burrito could have easily fit in a soft taco shell. They also either forgot his sour cream all together or gave him so little you couldn’t tell it was on there. I ordered extra lettuce on my bowl and was given a whole 4 pieces of shredded lettuce. Definitely will not be ordering online from this location again. I hope they enjoy the undeserved tip I left before realizing what I was receiving.

Ordered $30 of food got maybe $15 worth. A $2 bag of chips was 1/10th of the way full. I ordered a chicken and rice only bowl and just wow. I would expect a newly opened chipotle to get off to a better start.

I’ve probably had chipotle over 500 times in my life and never have I had to beg for a regular sized portion or complain. The guy started off by giving me the tiniest pinch of barbacoa, which was the only meat available at 7:30pm. I actually thought he was pulling a prank so I started to laugh, turns out it wasn’t a joke. I then asked if they changed their policy on portions, he said nothing. So he added another 1oz pinch of meat to make it maybe a half portion. I had to beg for double cheese and double corn, and they gave me maybe 3 tiny tomatoes. This was how the entire bowl turned out. Will go back to my Monroe location for now on.

Like others mention, the portions are insane here. We’ve placed several mobile orders and have learned from our mistakes. Every single time they give us the tiniest portions, even when you ask for extra. I paid $13 for a steak bowl that had literally 3 pieces of steak in it and next to no rice. The best part is you have to jump through hoops if you want to dispute or request a refund. This place sucks, don’t waste your money.

Made an online order, went through the drive through for pickup and waited 20 minutes with 3 cars in front of me and 2 behind, walked inside and the building is nice, but waited for a while at the register and had to get a workers attention to see if my order was ready, and it was. Brought it back home to my family and came to see ridiculous portions sizes. Our burrito order was the size of a can of Coke. No joke. It had little to no rice in it. I ordered a burrito bowl, asked for extra rice, and ended up getting less than what the Crossings of Beckett Dr Chipotle would give you without asking for extra. Along with barely anything else. And the food was cold. Terrible portion sizes. Frustrating.

i have never had a good experience here until last night, First time i felt welcome coming inside. the workers where very friendly and they where ready and waiting to serve. They had ALL the food on the line that’s a rare occurrence with any chipotle and it tasted great. i see clear improvement. props to the manger with glasses and a beard he’s got it down.

What the heck even is this? Sour cream soup??? I also ordered extra cheese and there’s no cheese. Not to mention it’s way under portioned. Ridiculous. Also don’t bother complaining to corporate because the best they would do is a free drink.
