They were behind because of running out of chicken. We didn’t mind waiting but this is what we received. Sometimes the food there is really good tonight was the worst food we got from about anywhere!

We ordered two meals along with chips and extra sides and took the food home. Unfortunately, when we started eating, the rice was extremely hard and basically inedible. It also had an off taste, and something in the meal just didn’t taste right overall.

I called the store to let them know about the issue. It took quite a while to reach an actual person, but once I did, the employee I spoke with was very kind and did offer to replace the two meals in the future, which I appreciated.

We ordered online to use the drive thru pick up for 7 o clock. We waited for 20 minutes in the pickup lane and when we got our bowls they were half full and cold. Each car wait time was about 5 minutes and the people working the lane were not prioritizing getting bags out the window. When you have kids it’s harder to bring them inside to get the food so we just end up going somewhere else usually. For how expensive Chipotle has gotten, it is not worth the money to get cold bowls that aren’t full.

I usually love chipotle, but the last few visits have been absolutely HORRIFIC!

One, constantly out of things! Never having food ready during rushes. The customer service is absolute trash! Rude punk kids! Do better!

Second, today 12/19 I ordered online thinking “oh let me avoid the rush and rudeness” WRONGO! they completely ruined our food with missing ingredients! Also, the food was extremely cold! Not to mention they forgot my chips and queso!

Third, tried calling the store, BIG mistake! No way to get ahold of anyone, it just kept saying “please express your concerns” I WANT TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER!

Fourth, I called customer service and they also refused to connect me to a manager! I am SO disappointed with chipotle!

Lastly, this is not the first time that this has been an issue! When you comment on my review, I do not want to contact the website! I want to talk to a person directly. I promise if I come into the store, I’m going to be extremely unpleasant!

That is all. That is the review!

Hire people who actually care and are willing to work or just close. This is consistently one of the worst places to order food. 3 straight times I’ve ordered and paid online only to not get everything I paid for. The food I do miraculously get is never good quality. It’s a joke that this place is still operating. How does such a large company allow a location like this one to go unchecked despite the massive amounts of bad reviews and refunds that get issued from here. Does Chipotle even care? Like how do you see a location doing so poorly and not step in? The entire staff needs evaluation, the management teams needs trained on proper ordering procedures, etc etc.

Absolutely terrible drive thru service! This is the SECOND time this has happened. I put my order in at 5:11, said it would be ready for pickup at 5:30. Got to the window at 5:29 and the kid at the window said there were three orders ahead of us, pull up to spot one. I waited there for 35 minutes as I watched 8 other cars get their food. None of my orders came with the chips (that I obviously paid for) and everything is cold. Same thing happened back around Christmas. DO NOT GO TO THIS CHOPTLE!!!!

My girlfriend and I came in at about 9 PM, and we waited in line for about 10 minutes. When it was our turn to order, the guy preparing food runs off and starts asking his co-workers “wasn’t I supposed to get off at 9”. I was extremely disappointed because they were also scrimping out on portion sizes. I asked for extra everything and I got regular. When we got into the dinning room, the tables were nasty.

Wow, Chipotle really nailed the “diet portion” look tonight. I asked for a bowl with lettuce, and they gave me what looked like half a salad meant for a rabbit. And my husband? No rice. Just vibes, apparently. For what we pay, the least they could do is actually fill the bowl and remember the basics. If I wanted to leave hungry and annoyed, I could’ve just stayed home.

One of the Dirtiest and Most Disappointing Chipotle Locations I’ve Experienced. The restaurant was visibly dirty—surfaces, tables, and overall appearance were neglected. When I ordered, there was no steak available and the staff said it would be several minutes to prepare more (on a Friday evening, which should be peak prep time). I switched to chicken, but the burrito I received was cold—clearly not freshly made.
I’ve eaten at high-volume Chipotles that handle far more customers without these issues: consistent food temperature, proper stock of proteins, and basic cleanliness standards. There is simply no excuse for this level of service and quality, especially when compared to busier locations that still deliver.
Whoever manages or owns this store needs to step up, and corporate should be concerned—this is well below Chipotle’s usual standards. Very disappointing, and I won’t be returning to this location.

Read the reviews. Everybody is saying the same thing. They can’t cook their rice. They are constantly out of things. Items such as entrées, sides, salsa, beverages, are missing very very frequently. They have even given me other people’s orders and I mean, I live 30 minutes away, and I go very far out of my way to bring my business to them, and then I drive home, and find that the food is incorrect. I shouldn’t have to check it every single time I buy it. They make substitutions to your order without permission. They don’t tell you about those changes. They have subbed my burritos for bowls and vice vers because they were out of tortillas or lids. Yet, when I go in to complain, they are making burritos and bowls for people at the counter.

I ordered the same two items for my wife and my daughter every single time I go here. One chicken burrito, with just chicken, double rice, and cheese. One chicken bowl. With chicken, doublerice, cheese and light lettuce. It’s not that hard. They simply cannot read. Line by line, word by word, The build of the entrée is very simple. And even still, they cannot get it right most of the time. A serving of rice is 4 ounces. If I ask for double, that means 8 ounces. Now, I understand that most chipotle employees eyeball the volume of rice. That doesn’t excuse the fact that my items very clearly do not come with double rice. I take it back inside and I say I ordered double rice and they look at it and they go. Oh oops, sorry about that. Then they put a little more rice in a very small salsa to go container. Golly. Those containers are 2 ounces. That’s half of the double that I paid for (In principle, I know that double rice is free). Now that they have quesadillas, they are supposed to come with fajitas that I never get. And that’s my favorite part of it. I ask for the sides and there’s almost always one that’s missing. One time I didn’t even have sides. And when I brought it to their attention, they all but accused me of swapping out the dish to make it look like there was nothing in it to begin with. Absolutely insane. They wonder why people talk to them like they’re idiots and treat them like garbage, monkey see monkey do.

What’s worse is that it will never change. The management here has a turnover rate that is through the roof. It’s almost as if it’s too much to handle for the people that they hire. So even if you are unfortunate enough to get through one of the incompetent managers, it’s not like that problems ever going to get solved. That same manager still quits six months into the job and leaves it up to some other line cook that was fortunate enough to be one of the only ones left to fill the spot. I don’t know, one day you’ll see some young kid, busting out orders at the counter and ring people out and then the next month, they’re apparently the general manager. A mighty promotion for Staff members that can’t even make an order right…

I have complained to customer service, According to my email, A total of 35 times in the last year alone. Almost always the same issue. That they are missing items, and that my rice is not cooked through. If you bite into a piece of rice and you can see an opaque center, that means that the rice is not cooked. If you bite into rice that is supposed to be soft, and instead, you find a crunch, that means that the rice has not been cooked all the way through. What is more is that they get in such a rush that they pull the rice too early but they also don’t clean out the rice maker in between batches. You can tell because very frequently you will get giant clumpy, mushy, overcooked balls of rice, in addition to the undercooked rice. Which means that they undercooked it, emptied it into a pan, left some in there, then when they added the next batch that they were going to undercooked the old undercooked rice gets overcooked. This is by far the worst chipotle I have ever been to. The service is awful. You tell the manager and they just sit there silent without any type of remark whatsoever. Then they just say thank you for the feedback and the money.
