I don’t order Chipotle often. But for some reason, I’ve had a craving this week. So I picked up lunch twice.
First time I ordered a honey chicken burrito, and today I picked up a regular chicken burrito. The honey chicken is really good when it is available. I would have gotten it again today, but it’s been discontinued.
My first lunch was missing the fajita veggies, but they got my second order fine.
It’s a Chipotle. Nothing mind blowing, but consistently tasty and it’s convenient to order with the app.
Staff is polite at this location as well.

Went in to get dinner, girl tells me they are out of fajita veggies which is understandable since it’s after 8pm, then she proceeds to get the person right after me fajita veggies from another area. I did tell the next girl about it and the lady at the register that I unfortunately did not get her name made it right, but how rude of the first girl if your out your out don’t pick and choose who you do that for. We come in a lot and send a ton of people here we will recommend Ontario location from now on.

The staff was not able to prioritize or multitask. The cashier was helping on the line with 7 other orders while I waited there to check out. He kept saying he would be right there to check me out but continued filling other orders behind me like they couldn’t wait their turn in line. They were not even that busy. Very poor time managment.

This place is so hit and miss it’s ridiculous. They have one employee there that is the literal poster child of small portions that you may have heard about on national news. They frequently are “out of” (or likely just didn’t want to cook or make…) MULTIPLE ingredients several hours before they’re even closed. Some employees there are amazing, others are in desperate need of retraining. These employees overshadow the good ones and just make this location in need of restructuring.
The same employee who’ll rip you off with tiny portions will also try to ask for your entire order the moment you walk up and will rush you along like he’s got somewhere else to be.
I love Chipotle, but sadly this location is the closest for me. But I’ve about had enough of the small portions, being rushed even if I’m the only person in line, etc. I’m about to take the extra drive to Golden Burrito.

No forks in the place. Slow as molasses at the cash. The guy is running around looking for chicken while the three people, whose food is getting cold while it sits on the counter, are ignored. And four people lined up at the take out order pick up have been standing there for a while. Used to be a good Chipotle. Sucks now.

I had a truly wonderful experience at this Chipotle thanks to the incredible staff—especially Amanda. Everyone was friendly and efficient, but Amanda went above and beyond. She showed such genuine kindness and thoughtfulness toward my mother, who has physical limitations and sometimes needs a little extra help. Amanda’s patience, care, and compassion absolutely blew me away. It’s rare to see that level of attentiveness and empathy, and it made our visit so much easier and more comfortable. Thank you, Amanda—you made a big difference in our day, and we’re so grateful!

Placed an order for 3 hard tacos at 6:45pm. Picked it up at 7pm. Got home and realized my tacos were soft tacos and also prepared wrong. No problem, I don’t live far. Went back to get the tacos corrected. I was informed that once they are out of hard taco shells, that’s it, they don’t make more. But they had 4 hours left in the evening??? Why wouldn’t they be able to make more?? And why was I able to order them if they weren’t available? Wish I would have known that. Their soft taco shells always taste disgusting. Glad I wasted my money.
