This spot is continuously behind and/or out of something. Standing inside for 15-20 minutes past when an order was to be COMPLETED is unacceptable. There is nobody in this restaurant and the counters in the back are FILTHY. Nobody has acknowledged that I’m even standing here, they’re too busy with phones in food areas and serving chipotle employees while they chat. Awful and won’t return.

This place sucks. The bowl wasn’t bad. But why am I getting crumbs for chips? This is ridiculous! Less expensive to go to the store and buy a bigger bag of chips rather than buying them here. Tried to report with the chatbot of the chipotle app and it did not help me at all.

Stopped to grab lunch at 1:30. Restaurant is an absolute mess kitchen and setting area. Food everywhere. Got in line to order only to find out they are out of steak and fajitas. The chicken looks burp to a crisp. I walked out. I don’t know who is running this store but they need to get it together. This is a disgrace and the health department should also check it out. Just foul.

Hi, my name is Shaniya! I just wanted to say every single time I order from this Chipotle, the food is always perfect. They make it the right size every time — not too much, not too little — and it always tastes fresh. The staff is friendly, and the service is quick. This is honestly one of my favorite spots. Highly recommend checking it out!

This store is the most incompetent store in the region. They literally cant even put chips in the bag when you paid for them. Something they dont even have to make, then you call and they take no ownership, give you a nasty attitude and want to replace the item, how about you ruined my whole day, ruined my lunch and I dont have time to come back, nor do I want to come back to get ANOTHER MESSED UP ORDER!! Choose another store – Cleveland Ave NW SUCKS!!!! Especially the opening crew around 11am M-F.

As you can see(which apparently the associates couldn’t ) that bowl says exactly what should be on it , on the lid. So why is there lettuce and corn salsa in it? Your guess is as good as mine . Tried to contact the store and they make you go through an entire process just to talk to somebody and not a person a robot! Then you have to Hope at the very least you get a refund . Spent 20 minutes trying to do just that .To which they responded that it could take anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours for a refund. Also they added SOOOOOOOO MUUUUUCCCCHHH cilantro on the top of our other bowl… since when is that a thing? I get chipotle Semi regularly. Tells me not to branch out to the other locations. Damn.

I’m writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with a recent order I received from your location. To be blunt—serving undercooked rice is absolutely unacceptable, especially from a chain that claims to prioritize quality and freshness. The rice in my bowl was hard, dry, and clearly not fully cooked. Not only did it ruin the entire meal, but it also posed a potential health risk. This isn’t a minor oversight—it’s a basic failure in food preparation that should never leave your kitchen.
To make matters worse, the portion I received was laughably small. The layering and ratio of ingredients in my bowl were completely off—there was barely any rice to begin with, and the amount of protein and toppings included was pathetic. It felt more like a sample than a full meal, despite paying full price.
I attempted to raise this issue and was offered a partial refund, which only added insult to injury. Why should I have to pay anything at all for food that was both improperly cooked and poorly portioned? It’s unacceptable for a company of your size and reputation to dismiss customer concerns with such a minimal gesture.
Chipotle needs to take more responsibility for quality control. Serving undercooked rice and charging customers for it isn’t just disappointing—it’s negligent. If you’re cutting corners on something as fundamental as properly cooked rice and fair portioning, that reflects a deeper issue in your standards.
I expect a full refund for this order and assurance that this type of oversight will be addressed seriously. I would appreciate a timely and appropriate response—not a copy-paste apology, but real accountability

went to pick up my order and the employee didn’t say a single word to me the entire time. She opened the door, I told her I had a pickup and gave my name…silence. She just handed me the bag. I realized I needed a fork and napkin, waved to her, and she looked right at me, then went on her phone. I honked lightly, she glanced at me again, so I honked once more. She finally came over, sighed like I was bothering her, handed me a fork and napkin, still without saying one word, and shut the door hard. It was honestly the most awkward interaction ever. Then I got home and opened my bowl… it was half full. Definitely not worth what I paid for. Super disappointing experience all around.

Everytime I order a bowl online EXTRA EVERYTHING they fail to give EXTRA EVERYTHING my bowl isn’t heavy I’m paying for extra everything so I expect my ball to be heavy extra everything…only time I get what I ask for is when I go in person. Please don’t be like McDonald and mess orders up because I’ll definitely write a bad review about each and every time ♀️ yall close at 11pm I placed my order around 750/800pm if yall was low on food should of made more to fulfill your customers wants in need no excuses.. and then tried calling them AND OF COURSE YOU DONT GET A HUMAN BUT YOU GET AN ROBOT INSTEAD WHICH ISNT ANY HELP. They need a phone so customers can speak to them because everybody is not making food who is ever at the cash register can answer the phone any other time chipotle will get my order right but tonight they got it wrong on top of no fork in the bag and no napkins
Update I just went to pull my chips out and as you can see there are barely any chips in the bag. I don’t know if that’s chipotle is doing or the driver is doing very unsatisfied.

If you are placing a mobile order, I recommend only using the drive thru to pick your order up. The young girl there was absolutely lovely. However, going inside to pick up my mobile order is a totally different experience. My order is never actually sitting on the mobile counter pick up, and it often takes 5+ minutes for an employee to even acknowledge me waiting by the pickup counter. Last week, I was waiting for almost 10 minutes and decided to just walk out and go through the drive thru to pick up my order instead. Despite 2 cars being in front of me, I got my order in way less time than the time I spent waiting inside. I will only be using the drive thru from now on if I have a mobile order.
