I am so satisfied with this Chipotle location. I refuse to go to the one on Burbank road in Wooster. Due to poor food quality, a hair in the food, poor customer service, etc. This chipotle is phenomenal. They are always nice. The food quality is fantastic. They are very efficient and keep the line moving. One of the workers came to me when I was getting my fork with the vinaigrette that they forgot to put in my bag, which I didn’t expect. It was very nice because at the other chipotle location, they would never tell me if the vinaigrette was out and just not added it in the bag. I am more than willing to drive the extra miles to this location due to the service and quality.

Ordered food for pick up at 3:10pm. Get home once again hardly any food in my bowel. Food is labeled WRONG! Went back to the store workers thought it was funny the food was wrong.
Spent 50$ and this is what I get in 4 bowls and beyond burnt chicken in my burrito. This place is going down hill fast. And don’t even bother to ask them to fix it. They act like you asked them to rob a bank.. they have stuck up people with attitudes working there. Just save your money

Mobile ordered so I wouldn’t have to get the baby out of the car. Got home to find our bowls were only half full, one wasn’t even quite half. We definitely won’t be going back any time soon. That is ridiculous and not worth the hassle.

Disappointed to say the least. Ordered three burrito bowls, extra lettuce on all three. Lettuce was completely missing on all three. Ordered one with double chicken. I could barely find two tablespoons of chicken. This location clearly has a habitual issue with service and consistency as evident by mine and other experiences shared in the reviews.

Usually my experience here is good but tonight my bowl was rushed with little rice, little beef, little everything. Bowl maker and cashier thought it was funny after I left, saw them laughing together. Awful experience that no one should experience. As a military veteran, it’s unacceptable.

The food was great and the service was fantastic. They are a friendly bunch and I had zero stomach issues with the burrito. I’m new to Wooster, so that was much appreciated because where I used to live, their burritos always gave me stomach issues. I had the chicken burrito and it was delicious. My husband had the burrito bowl and also said it was delicious.
