this chipotle is a awful location if you want to actually enjoy your food i recommend you go to the location on beall, i got 4 bowls today and they were all the smallest bowls we’ve ever gotten very little anything in them but especially rice for some reason? the staffs attitude WAS the worst, the girl who made my food was very snobby and rude just acted like i was bothering her so much by asking her to just do the job she signed up for. on top of all that when she was done making them she YELLED at a girl who she had just asked to get her more ingredients “to get up there and help for once” just all together a crap environment

This location has definitely went down. I ordered two bowls. they had no fajitas nothing that I wanted to go in my bowl. I basically got rice and the reason why I’m leaving this review is because my corn was frozen. Good grief people and then the condiment, station and beverage was so nasty. Do better. I get the shortest of staff but frozen food from a restaurant that prides themselves on fresh servings not!

My wife went in today for a meal .. everyone seems to be in la la land .. all the employees are rude . They don’t acknowledge your presence when you walk in . To many kids being hired with no common sense or respect towards adults.. there’s this big guy maybe he is a football player rude as hell didn’t even tell me how much my order was .. stop hiring kids in these places your ruining what chipotle stand for

My boyfriend and I came in to get some food for a little bit of a late dinner. I understand that food service workers have a life outside of their jobs and they want to go home. But, when I come in almost two hours before they close and they have no choices of pretty much anything it’s quite upsetting. Almost all of their food was empty and it was only 9 o’clock. The worker had just been slopping the food into our bowls and was honestly pretty rude and kept continuously saying how he wanted to go home. The kitchen had looked like it had been cleaned and one guy was even mopping and they seemed to pretty much be closed.

Personally, I don’t eat chipotle . I was picking this up 4 My teenage daughter . Every time I go there, it’s rush, rush, rush u Feel so rushed & Uncomfortable that I told my daughter I’m not going there no more . They just hurry you so much . They may hardly put any chicken in the bowl & I asked them 2 Put a little more in & Then they charged me extra, which made me mad , cuz There was hardly anything in there The service sucks needless 2 Say I won’t be going back in there 2 Pick her up anything . Even @ The checkout ur Rush so much you can’t even put ur Wallet in ur purse , That’s how much they rush u . I Do Not like that !! 2 Thumbs down 4 Their service it sucks !!!!

I walk in and I am first stuck in a line of about 3 people ahead of me, which is not a lot at all, (you would think) but there was no staff what so ever in the front and after about 13 minutes of waiting a girl goes to the cash register and starts playing on her phone, meanwhile a line is forming. Then a second girl goes to the front minutes later and starts restocking everything while more and more customers are coming in. About 20 minutes go by and she is still restocking the salsa and the lady in front of me says something about wanting service. The girl working says to “wait and let me finish getting salsa”, then the lady says how we have been waiting a long time which the girl responds with eyeing her up and down and rolling her eyes. Keep in mind the girl at the cash register is on her phone the entire time this ordeal is happening. Overall, food was good but waiting 30 minutes to get served when there are clearly people waiting is unacceptable, I have never had an experience like this before.

I have never had an employee treat me nearly as bad as I was treated today. I went in with my wife and two kids and all of our orders were slopped together as fast as possible and totally disregarded what we even asked for on our bowls. I asked for a side of chimichurri and was ignored. We went to pay and the chimichurri was in cups near the register. I grabbed one out to hand to the cashier and the girl that made our bowls came over and yelled at me out of nowhere and told me not to touch the side of sauces. I was confused and upset for being yelled at and explained to my wife that I wanted to leave. My wife asked why and I pointed to the sauces that I touched. The girl then gave me a dirty look and grabbed the whole container of cupped up sauces and threw them across the kitchen in disgust. It was insane and I felt like I was on an episode of Pranked! How someone could act that way was unbelievable. Needless to say I was not going to pay them for our slopped up food and not going to give money to a place with employees that treat customers this way.

Ordered a chicken bowl online and I counted literally 6 SHREDS of chicken, not even full pieces. I am eating rice and lettuce. This is ridiculous. And they didn’t include the hot sauce i ordered. And I ordered extra sour cream and got next to none in my bowl. This is the most bland chipotle I have ever experienced.

this chipotle experience was a disappointment. my friend ordered a burrito that was literally falling apart at the seams. she had to eat from both sides and use a spoon to eat her food. I received a half scoop of white rice in my bowl. I only got about 5 veggies before I asked for more. it was basically soup. this was not worth the 15 dollars I spent and neither of us could finish the food.

I always forget how bad my experiences are at this location until I down the road find myself stepping back in. I came in today and ordered a bowl and the quality just is not there. My rice was so overcooked and watery it dissolved in my mouth, my serving of chicken was about 5 small pieces and I asked for a tiny bit of cheese and my bowl was overflowing with it. I had also asked for sour cream on the side (so that too wasnt overflowing) and they forgot to give me it initially. When I returned to the cash register to remind them and ask if I could have my side of sour cream the female worker visibly rolled her eyes at me and yelled out “can I get a side of sour?!” Which made me confused because there was no line when I asked and she was standing literally right behind the bowl of sour cream… none of the workers seem to hear her (or didn’t care) so after I stood there awkardly for 2.5 minutes she fulfilled the request herself, handed it to me and walked away as I said thank you. All of the workers look like they’re being held at gunpoint to work there and zero friendliness or customer service happening. I frequent other chipotles a lot and am never as disappointed as I am here.
