March 9,2026 we went into this location tonight to get dinner. New kid working counter and sorry he looked lost. We ordered 2 burritos. My husband got 1/2 chicken 1/2 steak and there BARELY any meat on it looked like a taco from Taco Bell . When it came to mine he started putting rice on and the took almost 1/2 of the spoonful he put on back off. And then he got an attitude when I told him to put rice back on. So when I said I wanted double chicken he put entirely too much chicken.
I use to love stopping at this location but after my last 2 visits I don’t think we going here again.

I know it’s hard to keep up with the dinning-room with being so close to college. Someone just needs to clean more often. Food always hot and fresh everytime. Prices increases and portions size little smaller. Staff do really good job on steady speed, friendly and makes easy to order.

I normally dont have an issue, but then I normally go in and not order on the app. They missed one of the items in my order, and something is very wrong with the white rice. Theres so much salt in it the whole burrito is inedible. I cant get an answer on the help chat, I cant get an answer on the phone. Theres no way to get this fixed or made right unless I drive all the way back which I cannot do. There should be a better way for order issue resolution!!!! If this gets resolved I will edit and change my rating as I normally dont have problems.

Mexican food ordered like you do at subway only much much faster.
Fresh ingredients that taste great. Burritos are good but bowls are amazing if you get chips to dip into it. Cover either in their Chipotle hot sauce for a tasty kick.

The food was actually pretty great and they gave perfect portions. There wasn’t alot of people working but the girl that helped me was very nice. I got steak bowl and carnitias bowl and chips and salsa all was made to perfection. The trashes was overflowing but I really didnt care cause I wasn’t eating there plus they was short staffed. But the perfect food and portions and friendliness is definitely what its about. I had a good quick pick up experience.

Unfortunately, the worst experience I think I’ve ever had with a chipotle ever. My boyfriend and I went in to get dinner for us and his family. The girl who was making the order was messing it up left and right. And then got mad when we corrected her and started throwing stuff all over and then proceeded to scream at me when I put my finger even a little bit over to the glass to point at what we needed on each.
I’ve never seen them measure cheese before, but I guess that is something they do now and they barely give you any if it even makes it in your bowl because the People preparing it are throwing it all over the counter. Most unprofessional place I have ever seen. And from somebody who worked in the food Industry, I am appalled and disgusted about chipotle’s poor choice in their employee.
