I placed an online order at this location, fully knowing I would be disappointed in the portion size as it’s always way less at this location compared to surrounding stores. I get home and find that not only is there barely any meat, but also NO rice, which was clearly on my order (even printed on the sticker on the lid). It was also cold and extremely watery which made the bowl look completely unappetizing. I have never written a negative review for anything until now because this location just continues to disappoint and this is unacceptable. I only gave an extra star since my food was ready on time and my husband’s bowl was the correct order (although very little protein).

The line never stopped, but it was easy to get through. There are so many options and they even had a smoky tobasco sauce, several flavorful fruit drinks with spices in them, and a very clean restroom. It’s also gluten-free. I would eat here many times over.

Came in yesterday and got the carne asada, wow was it good. Tender, juicy and not really spicy. Came in today, carne asada was hard and not juicy like yesterday. And was spicy for me. Will lay off coming for a while. Too expensive to get food you are not happy with.

Came in on a Tuesday night at 8:30 pm and was told they won’t have any chicken or steak the rest of the night and they close at 11:00pm. Most likely not employees fault just poorly ran.

I’ve been to various Chipotle locations, and this one is the best. The line is managed well, the employees are friendly, and the portions are not skimped (of course, ordering online can vary like anywhere). You know how you can go to a Chipotle and the place is a mess and they seem almost surprised to have you there? Not so here. It’s a great place to go, and I always look forward to it.
