I work 3rd shift, so I dont get my food for my lunch until after 9pm. 4 stars because they always sell out of steak by the time I come in at 9pm. I get it, but i have worked at too many places that offer full menu for the entire time they are open. Just a heads up to anyone else who may want steak past 9pm

The employees inside are always friendly and great. The young guys working the drive through are almost always rude. They don’t say a word, no “hello” or even “name on the order”. When robots are available I hope these guys are the first to go.

Came in store was not busy. Went to make the order and everything was dry. When I say it was dry I mean it was very dry. All the meat was dry the beans had a thick dry crusty layer covering the entire top of the bowl, when I asked why everything was so dry they stared at each other and when I started walking away there started giggling and smiling… disappointing experience.

I went there today for a bowl, chips, and a drink… I had to throw the entire bowl out. It tasted like a clump of salt. It was so disgusting. Clearly they dont taste test as they cook. I dont know if it was the brown rice or the steak, ut I will never go back there. Too expensive, I could have eaten a spoon full of salt and wouldn’t know the difference between that and this food.

I didn’t see the reviews until after I ate there. All I can say is that on today September 16, 2025 the food and service was amazing. From reading the old reviews it seems like they got it together. Everything was fresh including the chips. The portions were on point. Overall, I will definitely be back.

Went right after lunch rush and Lindsey was such a wonderful host. Although they were restocking after such a busy shift she came out with a side of queso (which i hadn’t been able to get due to it being out) she was so sweet and kind and I really appreciate someone who goes the extra mile! Same worker barely gives any portions I just won’t eat there anymore at this point. Always has an attitude and is rude every single time. Didn’t even fill the bowl to the line. And didn’t put some of the stuff I asked for (the ingredients was behind so I couldn’t see her put them in then she put the lid on before I could see.
