Great service at this location. It was close to 9pm when I arrived but still good service. Greeted as I got up to the beginning of the counter to order. This location does has a drive thru as well.

Drove all the way from S. Euclid, Ohio. Stopped in to kill some time while I waited on my family to enjoy Disney On ice. A delightful young man by the name of Malcolm Brown was pleasant, kind, and CLEAN. I watched him constantly wash his hands, smile and provided excellent service!

i live on campus and come here often. something is ALWAYs wrong or off. the amount of times i’ve ordered online and it’s not what i ordered. then the rice is under cooked not enough of things. paying $12 for a bowel is not cheap and definitely needs to be more prioritized. i love chipotle but this location is always a miss never a hit :/

So there’s not a lot of consistency with how big yall make burritos and portions so maybe fix that or when a customer tells you that, just try and make it right, especially when yall don’t have certain ingredients til 9pm, that’s very annoying. If im not getting beans/protein I need a lil extra chicken or something. This location going down hill and it used to be my fav. Management is just condescending.

I go by this location 2 to 5 times a week. I’m a little disappointed. Because 2 of your female regular employees are no longer there. They are masters at what they do best “everything” and customer service. Some of the male employees stand around talk, laugh, and play when the line is long. The attitude is like, I’m “not going to do anything” until I become manager.
Sometimes just say, Hello how can I help you today! I know we all have some bad days.
Lately at this location has hardly any meat choices left at 9:00 pm. I understand why, YSU is back in session.

Worst chipotle around tri county area. I’ve been coming here weekly since this place opened. One day…the store decided they were no longer going to make the fresh brewed ice tea. When it happens , it must be a special occasion since it’s about 1x a year. The dispenser is still in its righteous place but empty
Last time they ran out of taco shells at 1230PM and since the register was down for over fifteen minutes — they asked me to order via app. Funny, how can I order when I barely have service to load. “Join the wifi…” a chipotle team member urges me to do, “..We don’t have a wifi we rip off our neighbors you can join theirs”
A lot of times there will be eight people working in the back and I stand there, being ignored, while team members play a game of who can outlast the longest before we have to take care of the customer. Do not order the steak.
I’ve quit coming here. I recommend going to hot heads. Soon as I walk in I’m greeted by the entire team and I’m cared about.

i was debating writing this review but this is the third time in a row i’ve been here and my order hasn’t turned out great. today my white rice i got wasn’t even seasoned and had no cilantro lime flavoring at all. my chips were extremely soggy and chewy to where I couldn’t eat them, and the queso they gave me was cold.

i ordered online through the app and the food was GROSS and WRONG they put things i didnt ask for on there while also not putting the things i wanted on there. when i looked to see if it was the wrong order it was not and it was mine. i spent $21 on trash. and that dumb pepper was no help i want my money back not a free item and i cant get to talk with a human from the phone. i ended up sick the next day. this is stealing you took my money but gave me something i didnt want and it got me sick REFUND ME!!!

The food was fresh. I had to wait for the brisket to be cooked which is fine and worth the wait. The guy on the line was apologizing even though I told him it was no need to. The portions have been a bit of a problem to me especially with the protein. The tables weren’t clean. Overall it’s a good play to pick up a healthier alternative fast food.
