If giving negative stars was an option this location would have deserved them.
The staff is as rude as can be
The place is a disgusting, i will be call the Health Department.
They tried to rush me through so fast. I did not understand that because there was 4 people waiting to pay.
Chipotle corporation wants to raise prices. I think they should raise their customer service. Because charging more for less food and horrible service is the wrong business model.
The mean women at the counter argued with me over 2.75 and tried to make me believe the amount of guac I ordered with the veggie bowl was approate. It isn’t (see pic)
I asked for a steak bowl but they didn’t want to give me hardly any. They act like I am taking from their plate. On top of it the meat was fatty and chewy. It tasted like trash and that is where it ended up.
What a waste of my time and money. I should have drove to Qudoba in Fairlawn where they treat people nice.
I understand most people are okay with being treated like animals and the quality of the food doesn’t matter. I come from a world were business treat customers right.
I hope that the money I gave was worth it.
This is for others because I know the restaurant doesn’t care.

Came in with my girlfriend and wanted to use my points for the queso and pay for a drink and chips. Well somehow I managed to mess up what I was asking for and honestly was greeted with kindness and respect from Allie one of their workers, and ended up with a good attitude and an even better experience. This is the place to go If you want amazing customer service experience and great food. Thanks for your hospitality!

Two star review because the staff is kind and efficient. We live in Wadsworth, and have been coming to this location for years. Unfortunately, they skimp on portions so much more lately that when my husband has picked up our last several orders his bowl is HALF FULL. For the cost of food, why is that the case?

We don’t order the ‘light’ options for any portions.
Driving even a little further to the Norton location, and we have found they don’t skimp on the portions like this location does. Not sure what the deal is.

My coworkers and I frequent this chipotle and every time it’s always a disaster. For some reason every employee is running around like chickens with their head cut off instead of taking a second to breathe and focus on the customer in front of them, in turn messing up the bowl or the order at check out. It’s either the rice isn’t cooked, no receipt given or missing items. There’s always new employees with bad attitudes. I just wanna enjoy my lunch without having to turn around to have them fix their mistakes. like come on guys! So frustrating, shut the place down or find new management

I came in after a long day, I didn’t want to cook and generally Chipotle is better than the other options. Well it was until lately.

I ordered online and walked in one minute after the website told me to be there. I arrived home and took a bite five minutes later. The positives, lots of sour cream. The negatives, cold and hard beans, cold clumped rice, tepid at best carbs asada for what little there actually was. It was disgusting.

They were slow but if you’re open until 11, getting a meal 3 hours before close should still be decent. For the money it costs, it should be decent at closing time.

Chipotle used to be good, but much like everything else, people are struggling to make ends meet and when we do get a chance to go out for a treat, we are served garbage by underpaid employees so corporate can have another record profit quarter. Another business I am completely done with.

Employees behind the line really need to slow down. The girl putting our bowls together really must not like her job, she was just slapping food in the bowls not paying attention to portion sizes at all. Like this food is expensive so please make sure people get they are paying for. Chipotle used to be so good and you used to get a nice amount of food for the money.

Took my son there on 2/5 and watched as our food was literally thrown together at light speed with zero care about how they did it but of course the chicken was slow so they could skimp it. I got a bowl that was slapped together so fast because of the line that it looked terrible the girl put so much Pico on all it not only tasted like tomatoes but the whole bowl was soaked from the juice. Then as my son and I sat down they were all yelling about how fast they got everyone done like it was a race instead of giving customers quality food. Worst one I have ever been to by far.

Food taste great but what ever happened to filling the bowls or burritos? 2008-2015 you got alot of food now they give you this chintzy scoop of product then tap half back off the scoop and act like its good and give you eye ball attitude if you ask for more of the product that they had on the first scoop to begin with.

Came in for a quesadilla yesterday, the male worker put the cheese on the tortilla, but then all of a sudden a female coworker came and took about 5-10 strands of cheese off and put it back in the cheese container? Are you guys really that stingy? The prices have gone up and the portions have literally gone smaller. Chipotle will not be around for long if this business practice continues. Good food but holy Christ give us what we pay for!
