Second week in a row we’ve ordered from here to get home ( 20 mins away ) and realize everyone’s order is wrong. Below is a picture of what I ordered on one bowl and then to open it up and the only ingredient they got right was the sour cream and cheese. Then we try to call and it’s an automated machine that apologizes for the wrong order and asks you to email them to have your problem solved. For our family of 4 it’s over $100 by the time we get chips, guacamole and drinks to not even be able to eat our food. This is the last time I’m giving chipotle my business. DO BETTER chipotle, people work hard for their money.

Ordering for pickup and although I’ve had a couple of mix ups many months ago, These last few times were great. The food was hot, delicious, portions were good, service was prompt. Quite satisfying!

This is likely the worst Chipotle in Ravenna. The rice is often undercooked, but today my order is incorrect. I’m at work, hungry, and frustrated. I ordered a bowl with rice, double honey chicken, cheese, corn, and sour cream, but received a honey chicken bowl with lettuce, corn, cheese, and tomatoes. I’m allergic to tomatoes, and it’s difficult to get in touch with someone because of AI. I’m really upset.and want be able to go back in cause I get off when they close.

Great food. Usually very fresh meat. Not all dried out. Great portions form out local store. Love it. Great healthy fast food options. Better than fast food fries and burgers!

I enjoy Chipotle but there’s always something missing, in my order, when I get food from here. Out of the last 4 times I’ve went, I’ve either not gotten my drink, my side of hot sauce, or my side of chips. Also they apparently don’t check the fruit they send out for the kids meals. Got a moldy orange today. Nutritious

I eat here at least 6 times per week. This location continues to run out of items daily. It’s poorly managed. Last night they closed 25 minutes before closing no sign, no communication. Tonight at 6:30pm they were out of chicken and pico. Food is fresh 9 out of 10 times. Id say it’s better than other locations. If they always run out they must be busy. Just needs new management and could be one of the best around!
3 times this wee they were out of 3 or more things I include in my meal so I wasted time going there and had to go to the Kent branch. This is a common thing for this location. ALWAYS out of multiple items.

I couldn’t figure out why my bill was so much so I was going over my receipt to find that I was charged for two large quesos when I only got one. At 5.50 each They need to pay more attention to what they are doing. Plus the fact you can’t call the store directly anymore to talk about issues.

The absolute worst chipotle in the area! Save yourself and drive 10 minutes further into Kent!
The employees love to rush you while you order , And they’re always out of Proteins. Very poorly managed do better!
